Clean and cozy apartment, beach front, easy access to everything, wonderful beach, I loved it. Mr. Arthur, super flexible and responded to us quickly. The only point is that the air-conditioning in the room was not working, otherwise all perfect.

We went as a family and we really felt at home, when we arrived in the neighborhood, for those who do not know the region scares… narrow and sandy streets, but the condominium and the house is literally a private paradise! The way from the condominium to the beach is beautiful and easy to access, but with wheelchairs or limitations I do not recommend! The extremely calm and warm sea, a safe place and very well frequented. Anyway the house and the beach are wonderful and complement each other, the very simple neighborhood… having to go to Maresias for tours and shopping! We love and make sense for us! We were 6 adults and 1 child.

The house is just like the pictures! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street for being beachfront we feel safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help too much. The backyard of the house is huge, because of the photos I have no idea how big it is. The balcony at the top is great to stop spending the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back without a doubt.

Incredible place. We stayed with three small children (1, 5, 6) and enjoyed how family friendly the place is. We especially appreciated the little house for our son to play in and the swing along with the shallow pools and gentle beach. The house is a little sprawled out, but you get used to it. The master bedroom is close to another bedroom that can be used as a nursery, but if you have other children they will be in another part of the house further away. It was a small drawback that the door to the other bedrooms from the living room is not able to be closed from the outside, as my kids are still tucked in and put to bed, so we had to keep their door open a crack and this made using the TV after they went to bed a little difficult. Still, we thought it was a very special place and we had a wonderful time. I would love to come back again some day. It is spectacular. Thank you!

We really love staying at Lucília's place! Neuza is super friendly and helpful. My dogs have had a lot of fun in the backyard that is all surrounded! The house is great, there are fans in all rooms and the kitchen is well equipped!

The house is very well located, easy to find, extremely clean, we have already arrived with the connected air conditioning waiting for us. The condominium is very airy, wooded and safe. It is facing the Parador and close to everything we needed. The host is very kind, helpful, quick and easy to communicate. I highly recommend it. Our stay was great and luckily with sunny days! The accommodation corresponds to the photos and Lucas's service was always gentle mto and answered the doubts that arose. The condominium was organized mto and the mto staff polite. Really located near Baleia Beach, a few minutes' walk and was already in the sand. Tbm near Barra do Sahy and Juquehy. Highlight for the dishwasher that helped mto and the kitchen items available!

Great apartment! same as photos. in the kitchen has all necessary utensils for a good stay. As for the beach, this beach needs attention due to the holes, but we were able to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We love our stay and we intend to come back for sure!

The condominium is quiet, has a beautiful pool (only the heater that was not working) has access to the beach monitored, I thought it was excellent because of security. Very helpful Tbm condominium employees. There's a market next to the condominium. The beach is hot, the weekend is full. It has a trail to the alligator stone, very cool and you can take great pictures. On the left side of the beach there are fewer waves, ideal for families with children, from the middle to the right side there are more waves, cool for diving and surfboard. The beach has stalls and kiosks, manages lives. You have to rent umbrellas and table, discount if consumed. I recommend it.
