Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

We had a nice stay at Mau's house. The house is perfectly located, allowing us to enjoy direct beach access. What impressed us most was the purity of the sea, a true virgin paradise, full of conchitas. Mau always responsive and attentive to all our requirements.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s since it our son’s wedding in Merida, we needed room for the grooms family and a place to relax. The home was spectacular and unique. The rooms all had AC and were huge! The bathrooms were amazing and the courtyards were peaceful and the pool area was perfect at the end of a long day with families. Highly recommend!!

The place is just what is advertised. The beach is quiet, perfect for kids. Everything is very clean, safe and quiet. Jose was always on the lookout and there are employees at the place who help in whatever needed.

A nice, spacious and comfortable house, fully equipped for an excellent stay and considering that it is a very large house the internet with a very good reception, the style is very own and beautiful according to Mérida, the pool is very nice and clean, widely recommended and at all times my host was helping me by responding and orienting me on any doubt. Highly recommended! Super quiet area, the house is as advertised. Carlos and Helga were very attentive from the first moment. The house is in good condition, and it is very spacious, especially if they go with groups, families or children! I hope to repeat it soon!

We had an amazing stay at Elena's condo! The place is clean, great location and had everything you need to call it "home" for your stay. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus! The pool is great and they look after it daily. Elena was very prompt with her replies and was always available or had someone available if you have any questions or need anything Thank you Elena for a great stay and positive experience! We would definitely recommend and be back!!

We had a wonderful stay. Paula was responsive and entertained different arrival times of our guests. A bit pricey but worth the location, pool, and # of rooms. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise and they were delicious.

You seem to be away from the city for the privacy of the very pleasant and enjoyable place. If you want to feel inside Mérida with a relaxed atmosphere it's the place.

We loved our time at Neil’s place in Mérida! Neil seems to have thought of everything you may need or want for a comfortable stay. It was an easy and interesting walk into the center. We loved the back garden and pool area. The internet was fast and reliable (I was working remotely and easily took many Zoom calls without connection issues). Would highly recommend Neil’s place and I would stay again on a future trip to Mérida!

Home away from home! Our stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Its walkable to all, like restaurants and especially the beach. The host response to all questions and very friendly.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this charming beach house in Chuburna, with all essential amenities provided and the beach right at your doorstep - we spent many hours sitting on the veranda enjoying the amazing ocean view! Alejandra was always very prompt in responding to any of our questions or requests and was a delight to be involved with as the owner of the home we were renting. We do not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone wanting to get to the coast and spend some time in Chuburna - thanks!

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

Beautiful home centrally located, the kids loved the pool! Very comfortable beds! The host is super helpful with recommendations and transportation arrangements. We loved Merida and hope to be back soon!

We loved visiting Merida and staying at Mariana's beautiful home. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for each to have privacy but also come together for breakfast, share the pool and plan excursions and dinners. There are many activities to do in and around Merida, and we found having our own cars was very helpful for getting out into the larger area. Having garage space at the house was great, as street parking is a bit tricky by the house. Around town, we walked, as there are many great restaurants, museums and shops within close range. Additionally, it was very fun for us was having Mariana's housekeeper, Librada, make breakfast for us each day. She was a delightful person and a great cook! We would love to visit Merida again and if we do, we hope we can stay at Mariana's home again.

Fantastic spot for our family of four. Super convenient to the hip restaurants and parks surrounding La Plancha without all the traffic and noise. Host offered great recommendations to find the best local spots. Very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Had a perfect stay at Casa Frida! Beautiful house and great location, close to main square and convenience store. Pool is super nice and loved the hammock, also lots of cats and lizards but they mind their own business. Comfy beds with air conditioner in both rooms which cool the room very fast. Would come back :)

Stunning place in Centro. Very well located - walking distance to the main square and good cafes and restaurants. Geoff, Andrea and Jesus were responsive and answered all questions. The Casa Wayib website was helpful and had good restaurant recommendations. The house itself was a true gem - lots of space, beautifully styled, and a lovely rooftop. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen (spices, coffee, crackers and even tortillas)! My husband worked remote a few days and there were no connectivity issues. I’d highly recommend anyone to stay here. It really is special and I’d return here in a heartbeat! My only minor complaint is that the cushions on the sofa are very uncomfortable and scratchy. Other than that, it’s a place I could live! It was wonderful.

We spent 2 weeks at the beautiful house. Walked to museums etc of Merida...house an excellent centre. Used a very good local driver most days to take us to Uxmal, Celestun, Campeche, Chichen Itza, the Puuc Rd etc etc. Early starts for coolness and then the pool in the afternoons. Then a meal at El Apapacho 3 minutes walk away. Perfect holiday!!
