I didn’t notice it is an access room in a motel in the first place when I made the booking on Airbnb. Actually I prefer Airbnb rather than motel. Later I found they have one bed room apartment on their website so I asked if I could change to that and paid for the extra cost. Their manager Ruby changed it for me immediately and even provided with their best room (room no. 6). The room was tidy, bright, spacious and well equipped. Ruby was very kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

The Classic Villa was beautiful and spacious, and perfectly located for the Tram, Punting, and the Botanic Gardens. Jackie and Steve, our hosts, were wonderfully warm and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Sarah was an amazing host. Me and my partner we had a great time. It’s near to the airport and bus stop is just 5 mins walk from the house. The house was just as it was described by Sarah. Clean and very comfortable bed. Calm and cozy place. Would definitely recommend this to people who want to stay nearby the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Rochelle in Akaroa. The host was super friendly and very happy to help. It was quiet and peaceful, very clean and well equipped. Within walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Great place to stay, we want to go again.
