Monthly Rentals in Chokoloskee Island

We've stayed in Everglades City several times before, this unit is on the 2nd floor and has a great little lanai to enjoy the weather after being out all day. The building is very clean and you're walking distance to several restaurants and coffee in the moring.

Great location to explore the Everglades. The most magical views from the outside space with dolphins, fish and birds. Very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The host was a great guy and so helpful.

Heather is responsive and friendly. The place was was spotless and comfortable. We came in late and appreciate that she kept an eye out for us.

This place was great and matched the description. It’s on a quiet street and was just what we needed for the weekend. The outdoor space was nice with plenty of games, bikes, and other things to do to stay busy. Only a few things to note - There isn’t any flexibility on check in or check out times. The listing says it fits 8 but there are only 3 queen beds. Our group only had 4 adults so it worked well for our group but in case you are booking for 8 that is something to consider. Also so far outside of the host control but a house across the street has roosters so make sure to bring ear plugs since they start around 5 am and continue to make noise until sundown.
