The apartment is beautiful! Perfectly located, quiet, clean and bright. We were there for a week and it was just fun. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! All in all a real recommendation for Civitanova!

We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

The apartment is even better than what you see in the photos and in the description. It's new, domotized, and fully-equipped. Large and comfortable bed. The apartment is close to the train tracks and we thought there would be a lot of noise but no, the crystals are very fat and it is quite quiet. Communication with Carlo is very good. Overall very happy.
