Our stay at this property was truly an unforgettable experience! From the warm hospitality to the thoughtfully curated amenities, everything was perfect. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience. The amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable—geyser, microwave, gas oven, fridge, LED TV, AC, iron, a spacious dining table, a cozy sofa, and a luxurious king-size bed. The beautifully decorated room, along with a clean and well-maintained washroom, added to our comfort. One of the highlights was the big, wonderful balcony, which provided a perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Another fantastic feature was the well-maintained swimming pool, which was a great place to unwind and was accessible until 7:00 PM. The attention to detail and overall ambiance made this stay truly special. We are grateful for such an amazing experience and will definitely be recommending this place to others. The house is located in prime location,near to Candolim beach,very peaceful society. It has a very big ,well maintained pool.Lush greenery surrounds the place.The house is very clean and was cleaned every day.All the amenties are provided.There's ample curtlery,you can even cook. The hall is very big ,perfect place to hangout with the group.Its located on ground floor.There's porch on two sides of th house,one with pool view which i loved

Jay is a great host! He had little post its to explain everything to do in the house. Plus he has great recommendations/amenities written on print paper for guests. The place is super clean and private. Jay provided plenty of clean linens and towels also. Chapora river is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would love a visit again!

Great place to stay with your large group or family. The place is extremely well maintained and the pool is amazing. The butlers were really helpful and helped us in managing our stay well. Master bedroom bathtub, Jacuzzi pool and the green surroundings surely made us feel amazing. The villa is one of 10 and the common pool is also amazing. All in all a great deal.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Great Place to stay for group of 8-10 people have huge space and very positive vibe

Caroline's place was perfect for our family visit - we stayed there for 4 nights. This was our first time renting an AirBnB in India and it was a great experience thanks to Caroline's great communication and friendly suggestions. The place was quite big as described and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was central to be able to cover north/south Goa, a quick trip to Panaji city area and walkable to Donna Paula Getty. We would love to come back and stay at this AirBnB with family in future.

Jayden is very friendly to communicate and always responds promptly. I need to give a thumbs up to the caretaker Ram and his partner. They were always helpful and made our stay peaceful. Location is private, no party noise like other places in Goa. Sparring a few initial hick-ups, our stay went really smooth. Thanks Jayden for allowing us to stay.

the property was great. very clean and spacious. utensils are provided for one to cook. the host was responsive and helpful. not to forget, the caretaker was also very helpful and polite. great service. i look forward to book this property again during my next trip to Goa.

We had a fantastic time at Allison's. As a host, Allison was great, always responsive and checking things were ok. Once when we thought something was n't working Allison came round the same day and fixed it - by putting the switch back on that we had switched off! The apartment worked well for us, was within a 10 minute walk of the beach and 10-15 minutes of the town, which had all facilities we needed and offered fabulous food. Allison's recommendations were spot on and very helpful. A bonus for us was the balcony overlooking a wetland field which had a host of interesting and exotic birds which entertained us for several evenings. The shared pool was a little oasis, while we were there it was n't much used by other residents so was cooling, relaxing and peaceful. We had a great 10 days and would love to go back sometime.

Did a 2 night stay here! Property was same as in pics, very spacious. Everything thing that was needed was in perfect place and in a very good condition. To add Power backup ( ups) and a good WiFi. Bathrooms and linen were clean and in a good condition Airtel mobile network does goes to a single bar. Overall a very good place, clear instructions. We had a lot of fun in this quaint place, easy to reach, a little far from beaches but close enough to good eateries around. South and north both are accessible from here. The house is super clean and very comfy . The only thing which was unexpected was the size of the pool. Looking forward to come back here sometime.
