Beautiful place at the heart of Candolim, very close to super mart, local eateries bars & resturant. Walkable to Candolim Beach. Premises is very clam and clean and its safe for family with kids and good parking as well. I would visit again and I certainly recommend.

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Rohit was in contact since the time of booking and was always proactive and flexible to request. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Rana who helped us was also very friendly and we had a great stay and holiday. This places has access to all the needs and near the beach . Totally worth the visit. Just go for it.

Yaju’s place is centrally located between the north beaches of Morjim, Arambol, Ashvem and restaurants of Anjuna and Calangute. The place is quaint, easy to reach and quite comfortable. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

Homely environment and friendly host. Location is fantastic. There's a bunch of great restaurants, clubs and cafes in walking distance (2-15 mins). Took us 30 mins by car to get to Fontinhas, and 35 mins to get to Ashvem Beach (one of the quietest, least crowded beaches in North Goa). Host is connected to cab drivers, scooter rentals and car rentals. Eased the burden of finishing reliable transport. There's enough parking space available at the residence. There's an aquaguard for water, shower heating and ACs are good, and rooms are decent. Kitchen could be better equipped with a pan, bowls and a microwave. Only issue was the pea sized (practically useless) dustbin in the washroom. None in the kitchen/room.

I wish I could give Dev 10 stars !!!! We stayed here for 5 days and wanted to stay even longer! Dev was extremely helpful, very quick to respond, SOO kind, and made us feel right at home. He had the best recommendations of things to do around Goa and we just fell in love with Goa! HUGE THANKS to Dev & Bhushan! The penthouse is even prettier in person and in a great location to walk to the beach or to go get something to eat. Also a quick drive to other great Goan places! Only place we would stay in Goa now!

Worth the money paid . Active owner. No noise inside the area. Clean , big rooms with utensils in kitchen. Only thing is some bright light required in bedrooms so that female can do makeup more nicely 😅

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was extremely cooperative and made sure everything was perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The food, especially the jibing ji in food, was absolutely delicious. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The first choice for next North Goa Trip!!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Presa di Goa, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location was also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and nearby beaches like Calangute and Baga. I highly recommend Presa di Goa to anyone looking for a memorable and enriching travel experience!

Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

Over our comfortable stay of 2 weeks at Sol Banyan we had such a great time. All thanks to the caring host Mrs. Chopra and the caretaker of the house, Rajnikant. Hygiene was maintained at all times as the cleaners came by daily. The apartment was also decorated in a lively manner adding to its beauty.

The venue was absolutely well maintained and beautiful. They were responsive whenever we needed any sort of assistance. The place itself is so pretty and photo worthy!! Do hit the pool after sunset. They were also kind enough to accommodate our special needs and requests!! My friends loved the place just as much as I did and we'll surely stay with TheBlueKite on our next Goa visit!

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

Very nice and good place to stay. Small and cozy for 2 people. Near to many good places and cafes. Would recommend to anyone coming for a peaceful stay.

The place is at a very good location with all the basic amenities and food outlets close by. They have kept the place very up to date and clean with all the basic equipment available and of top quality. Anmol as a host is very supportive and helpful that makes the stay a lot more pleasant and not to forget the caretaker Santosh who keeps it all running smoothly. Thank you guys i really enjoyed my stay.
