Monthly Rentals in Chiaulis

We stayed at Pietro's apartment for a month and we are really happy about our decision. it is an excellent place to stay in Udine. It has an unbeatable location, you can walk or take the public buses 50 mts away. It is also extremely well equipped, it had everything that we needed for a long stay. Cozy, warm and plenty of space for two people. Michela who received us, was super friendly and explained everything about the place. The only downside is that by the time we were here, January 2025, on weekdays between 8am and 4pm there were construction noises from a renovation close by. We would definitely come back as this last point will be temporary.

Franco and Linda were adorable. We were greeted by Linda to give us the keys and show us the house. Then we also had the pleasure of meeting Franco: together they recommended beautiful places to visit nearby and even made themselves available to accompany us. The house has a great stove for the winter. The house is impeccable, super clean, equipped with any accessory for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. In addition, the house is also equipped with sheets, towels and blankets. There's a large terrace overlooking the mountains. Not even 100 meters away can be reached in a few minutes by foot, services such as bakery, bar, pharmacy! Again, Linda and Franco were wonderful hosts, among the best I've ever met Obviously a super recommended house for a weekend full of relaxation and peace! Excellent!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Matteo's flat. The flat has everything you need. Matteo was very kind and attentive. I can highly recommend the accommodation!

We had to find a barycentric place between Sella Neve, Villa Santina and Casera Razzo (Veneto), to take a training course. Amoggio was a wonderful discovery: a very clean, warm and tidy house. Well-equipped kitchen (we almost always had dinner in the house and only one night in a restaurant in the area, really exquisite). Reserved parking under the house, very convenient. We are 4 medium mountain guides and in the surroundings we found beautiful, wild environments and wonderful paths for training on snowy soils and use of snowshoes. Francesca was immediately very kind and helpful. We are very happy with the choice and in a month we will be back for a few days.
