Wonderful location, close to town. Had everything in the kitchen to enjoy thanksgiving with the whole family!! Definitely recommend and will rebook!!

The house was a perfect getaway for Thanksgiving! The kids enjoyed looking for crawdads in the creek, the playground, and yard for our Turkey Bowl. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. It was a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our family has been coming to Bear Paw for the last 20 years for our family reunion. This was our first time in this cabin, and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of space, and our children truly enjoyed the game room and well stocked board games. We ended up meeting the neighbors when enjoying the lake and they were so wonderful as well.

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids. The house was comfortable with plenty of room and fantastic views of the lake below and the mountains that surrounded us. Easy to get into Murphy for shopping and restaurants. We loved the Chop House!! We will book this house again!

Beautiful Cabin is an understatement. Every amenity you could want. The cabin has everything you could need or want during your stay. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Ellijay!!!!

Plenty of space to spread out, the screened in porch (with ceiling fan!), was great for coffee and drinks. We loved the pool and outdoor space for fun time with family. Host was responsive, with great communications skills, and even provided recommendations of local restaurants. Appreciate the hospitality!

The property was great, just as described and we had everything we needed while being there. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and the view of the river from the home is amazing.

Had our family Thanksgiving here. There was great space for all the kids and accommodating kitchen for cooking! The beds were wonderful had amazing sleep! Loved the views and all the nature!

Wonderful place to stay. It was welcoming to come “home” to each night. Quiet location, loved seeing the deer. Everything clean and very well maintained. Elizabeth even stopped by to make sure we arrived okay and had what we needed. We had a small issue that was handled immediately and effectively. I highly recommend staying here. We easily went into Dahlonega and Helen.

My family and I were gathering together from 3 different states to one mountain cabin in Georgia. We found Beary Happy because it met our requirements. Upon arrival, it was much better than expected inside and out! Rainy times were not a problem because the home had plenty to keep us occupied while the resort had lots for us to do when tge sun shined. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming, providing us far more than we could have hoped for. We lacked nothing but groceries, which were nearby. The cabin was spotless and smelled fresh! We hope to go there again in the future and we thank you for hosting us.

Great cabin and awesome host! What a beautiful home and great location! The cabin was amazing and super high end! We even had a Christmas tree set up which was a really nice touch. We come up to the Blue-ridge area every fall and I have to say this was one of the nicest cabins we’ve stayed at in the last 15 years. Our host was amazing and super engaging and you can really tell she cares about you having a really nice stay. Beautiful view! 5 star!

Can I just say WOW?!?! This stay was truly a dream Christmas family vacation that we will never forget. We had more fun spending time in the cabin than we did going anywhere else. There was space for the adults and kids to equally enjoy. The hosts were so caring and accommodating and even had a Christmas tree put up for us before we got there. The amenities, the space, the cleanliness, etc., were incredible! Lifelong memories, thank you so much!!!

This trip was so that we could go see our daughter who we hadn’t seen in over a year. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The kids (well, young adults) loved the basement living area. The beds were comfortable and the fire pit was perfect for the s’mores we made. We loved the decor of the house…..it was just perfect for the occasion 🎄🩷🙏. 10/10👍🏼

We had a great stay! Sitting outside by the fire while hearing the river was so relaxing. Easy to get to local town and other surrounding areas. Perfect place for 4 couples. All beds were super comfortable, kitchen had plenty of supplies, hot tub was amazing.

We recently spent our first Christmas getaway at Chady Property, and overall, it was a wonderful experience with a few areas that stood out. The property was impressively clean, and the clear instructions for using the amenities made settling in a breeze. The decor and aesthetics were visually appealing, contributing to a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essential items, which was very helpful for our meal preparations. The tranquil environment allowed us to relax without any disturbances, and the festive decorations added a cozy touch, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, and the variety of games available, such as cornhole, provided great family entertainment. While the weather was quite cold, we enjoyed the hot and cozy jacuzzi during the day, and the firepit was perfect for warming up at night. Our Christmas celebration was enjoyable, and I certainly recommend this property and hope to return.

Had an amazing stay at Harold's country home! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and tranquil. Highly recommend for a Blue Ridge getaway!

Nancy was a very responsive and helpful host who was quick to provide assistance when needed. The place is lovely and was absolutely spotless when we checked in. A super warm and cozy space in a lovely location convenient to Blue Ridge.

We had a good stay at Whippoorwill. We cook a lot and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with different pots and pans and also basic necessities (salt pepper/sugar/oil/vinegar). The A/C works well and surrounding area is prettt quiet, it backs up to a national forest. The home was one minute away from a popular day-use area with lake access, picnic tables and trails. It's only a few minutes from the dam day use areas (including river access) and maybe 8 min from Morganton point day use area which was the nicest, most beach-like lake access point we found. I will say based on the google map image I was expecting the home to have more of a lake view, that was the only downside, but it's summer so the trees are grown in. You can see it from the upstairs windows and from part of the porch though and we were able to see fireworks displays over the lake in July 3rd and 5th (we could see some of the 7/4 ones over the dam but trees blocked some of them). I would stay here again.

Sarolta is a great host and her cabin is absolutely the retreat our group needed. We needed a warm cabin with breath taking views and a well stocked kitchen. We cooked every meal and appreciated the quality of the cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, and service ware. We enjoyed hot coffee in cozy rocking chairs overlooking the mountain view followed by wine in the evening by the outdoor fireplace. The cabin was a perfect ladies weekend intent on soaking up warmth, comfort, serenity, and friendship. We will be back!

Very responsive host, amazing spacious house with gorgeous views! Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Outside patio had plenty of chairs and gas heater was a game changer!

This home was a perfect getaway over Thanksgiving. Although it is just off the main road, it feels very secluded bc of the evergreens, and is incredibly quiet and private even from its own road. Open kitchen/livingroom space was really nice for our family to play games, dine, and watch movies. Very comfortable seating. Each bedroom was comfortable and cozy, blackout shades were perfect. Property is just a few minute drive to McCaysville town which offers riverfront shops & restaurants, supermarket & coffeeshops, and our favorite Rum Lady Cakes Cuban Cafe (delicious coffee and food). Ducktown is a closer town to the north but we never made it over. We definitely would book this property again during a different season to enjoy more of the trails and water.

This air BNB was THE BEST Air BNB our family has ever stayed in! We have 4 teenagers who all thoroughly enjoyed the home theater as well as the pool table. It was clean and had available laundry on site. There was so much room in the house and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We'd love to visit aging in the summer since the lake in the backyard looked like so much fun! We were close to beautiful hikes: Telullah Gorge, Bell Mountain, and Brasstown Bald Mountain. Don't hesitate to book here!
