The information provided in the listing is critical and accurate. You should have a vehicle with 4wd, or, a rental with insurance that you're not afraid to beat up a bit. I say this partly in jest but I'll never say anything bad about my vehicle. On demand 4wd. It had recently snowed. I arrived after dark which added an element of uncertainty. If there is snow, you WILL need 4wd. I did turn around once to make sure I followed Ulli's directions correctly but noticed if you arrive from the east via 411 through Newport, Google maps was pretty accurate. The snow had the added benefit of smoothing out the rutted track - it's not paved and steep in 2 places. I don't intend to detract from their place by saying any of this, but you need to be aware of the access. The listing was accurate. Cozy overall. What they mention about water is accurate. Also, I'm 6'2 & a 46L coat. The shower could be a challenge for anyone much larger up top. Far enough from town but close enough. I'd stay again.

This place was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Great private location with a beautiful scenery from inside and outside the home. Denis communicated well through out our stay. We loved it so much we added another night to our stay. Looking forward to booking again soon. We loved it here.

Gene and Bunny were fantastic! They were the perfect host and treated us with that good ol’ southern hospitality When we arrived later than expected for check-in, Bunny made sure to reach out and make sure that everything was OK. The place was perfect. My only regret is not having more time to explore the property. If I’m ever back in Rogersville, I just hope the cozy cabin is available again!

Beautifully maintained house that was the perfect place to stop for a day visit on our travels home. very accommodating to our dogs. Our kids loved the goats and the experience. Have already recommended this place to our family and friends.

Michael & Dawn were absolute lifesavers after the originally AirBNB I was supposed to be staying in cancelled on me at the last second. They were very responsive when I was trying to find something at the last minute during the area’s busy season, & the cabin is SO NICE. I could not recommend them and this property enough!

I came up for a 4 night trip with a few friends of mine, the place was nice and cozy, great looking view, and the host were nice enough to leave a few complementarities like 2 cans coca-cola, popcorn, and ect. They were very responsive and helpful before and during the trip. The place was really clean and hot tub was amazing. There was 2 arcade games upstairs, a pool table, air hockey, and a game similar to throw the dart, but it was sticky balls instead. There was a TV upstairs and downstairs and both worked well. The bunk beds upstairs, I loved because they weren't little bunk beds but quite spacious ones, I haven't found that in a cabin before. Places like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are pretty easy 30 minutes drive. There is a neighborhood Walmart (and Super center 10 min further) and a Kroger probably about 20 minutes away. For the quality of cabin and the stuff to around, I'd say the money was well worth it. 5/5. P.S. don't drop your phone in the hot tub, it won't survive.

This place was super cozy and so cute! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The host provided very clear instructions. The cabin was clean. The tub was really nice and easy to use. Only things missing were oil and a sponge to clean the kitchen. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

Restful stay out of town. Fishable, private, and clean. Home was comfortable and a great place to tuck away for the weekend. Will definitely visit again.

We loved our stay at Eric and Glens place! It was so relaxing, had a nice view, the hot tub was a big plus!! The only thing I was say is there was a little dog hair in the sheets and on the carpet but nothing we couldn’t handle! We also were there during a big snow storm and I would recommend leaving a shovel or something on the property that way cars could be shoveled out of the driveway. However this was an amazing girls trip and we would totally stay again!! We experienced downtown gatlinburg which was not far from the house as well as Ober Mountain tubing which was also not far at all! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Nice location in a great little town right near the Appalachian Trail. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t thank Alison and Jason enough for being the best host and providing our family with an ideal place to stay minutes from the parkway and also not a far drive from the scenic Cades cove! Alison and Jason provided so many details on other things to do and places to eat/visit while in town and we couldn’t be happier with them and their beautiful cabin!

Hi family had an absolute wonderful Christmas vacation. The host had up a beautiful tree next to the fireplace with some lights. It was simple but beautiful and we would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the pigeon Forge area. The location of the house was perfect two blocks away from the main street. We got to Dollywood in less than 15 minutes. We got to the old Mill restaurant in less than 10. And the house looks like the pictures posted online we all know sometimes that is not the case.

We loved our stay. The place was perfect for us and our golden retriever.

Very close to the strip and extremely easy to find. we frequent cabins when we are in town and this was one of the closest we have had to the strip in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week and half and had a wonderful experience with our stay. The cabin is very nice and cozy and makes you feel right at home. For the outside, you get a really nice view of the surrounding area. Perfect view of the sky at night if you’re standing outside on the balconies. One of my favorite activities during the winter temperatures is to make use of the hot tub outside! On the inside, the furniture is nice and nothing feels too cluttered. Sitting in front of the fireplace is the best if you want to lay in for the day. We had no trouble with any of the household appliances and they were easy to use. The cabin is also well insulated for warm and cool days. The hosts are also super friendly if you need to reach out to them. They provided excellent care for us and making sure that we have a pleasant stay. We recommend this cabin to anyone that wants a comfortable experience. You also have just a short drive to nearby attractions and restaurants!
