Jeri Beth's home was magnificent in every way: comfortable, well-equipped, spotless, and with high-end details inside and out, not to mention a fabulous location with views of the park and water from the entire front of the house. The beds were super comfortable and we had so much space. It was peaceful to have breakfast and appetizers overlooking the park and water from the screened-in porch. The location is so convenient. We walked to restaurants, the Military Museum, the Farmer’s Market, and more. We visit Punta Gorda every year and look forward to staying here again.

Rusty and I absolutely loved our stay at IIeana’s “Duplex” in Punta Gorda. With only a quick 10 min drive, you’ll find amazing restaurants and tourist attractions-Fisherman Village (shopping, restaurants, bars on Charlotte Harbor), TT’s Tiki bar (lovely restaurant located right along Peace River/Charlotte Harbor). Everything you could ever need while traveling, IIleana provides in the beautifully updated, newly renovated, spacious duplex located in the peaceful, tranquil, friendly neighborhood of Punta Gorda Isles. Perfect for additional guests as it boasts 2 bedrooms/2 bath. We never heard the owners on the other side of the duplex…offering peaceful tranquility, and privacy. We spent most days lounging in the pool under the lanai along the canal-watching boats. In addition, a newly renovated full kitchen awaits you with everything you could ever need to cook full meals with all the modern conveniences. Maria maintains prompt, friendly communication with you-only minutes away!!

This is a great airbnb that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Private yard and quiet neighborhood. Yamilet is a great host and we love staying at her house in the winter.
