A really cozy apartment with a quiet surrounding, perfect for a relaxing saturday/sunday. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed at Michael's apartment completely matches the photos, it's very clean and well-equipped. There's a lovely view on Ararat right from the balcony. We had a small issue with leaking water supply and Michael sorted the issue out within few minutes. That was extremely quick and caringly!

This place is absolutely wonderful—clean, beautiful, and rich in history. Staying here feels like stepping back in time, as it’s one of the oldest buildings I’ve ever visited. The location is perfect, close to all the major tourist attractions. I especially loved the small kiosk on the street next to the apartment, where you can grab a beer, some fresh vegetables, or a quick bite before exploring the city. Plus, the large market right next door is a must-visit, offering a variety of local products, from Chanakh and lavash to pastrami and traditional sweets—you name it!

Great location, in a very heart of yerevan, close to best restaurants and bars. The apartment is stylish, clean with all of the amenities you’d need. Would definitely recommend this apartment, and stay again. Thank you Davit.

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.
