Condo vacation rentals in Chapel Hill

This was my second wonderful and most enjoyable stay. The location and space were perfect for my needs. Very clean and pleasant. I didn’t want to leave. The Southern Village shops and restaurants a block away met all my needs and added to the charm of the area. The UNC campus is 8 minutes away. Nice family neighborhood for walking. Henry is an exceptional host and the condo residents are friendly. Street parking was never a problem as there was always a space next to the building. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Sheila’s place was perfect! It matches what the description says. This is the most lovely and comfortable stay we had in Chapel Hill. Will definitely like to book it again!

I had a lovely stay at this quant studio apartment. Everything was clean and neat and pleasing to eye. I slept really well and the bed was comfy too! I appreciated the coffee/tea/ and water in the fridge. I even cooked a bit which helped me to save money while traveling. I plan on coming back up in July and if the spot is open, I would stay here again. Juni was super gracious and checked in with me to see if I needed anything without any prompts. Her hospitality was notable! You will enjoy this spot if you need an easy stay.

This one bedroom unit is a gem! Located in the Cameron Park neighborhood and adjacent to the Village District, you can literally walk to anything you need any night of the week. The unit is roomy and has been nicely updated. The hosts were also super-responsive during my stay. Highly recommend!

I’m a repeat renter of Marcia’s place. Can’t beat the location for visiting Duke. The check-in procedure is clearly outlined. We will be back!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!! Didn't want to leave! The condo is so beautiful, so incredibly clean and has such a warm feeling when you walk in. Loved the view of the downtown area! The location was everything! Erin our host was very easily one of the best host's we've ever had! She is so kind and helpful and she responds very quickly. When we had to stay another night on short notice she was super accommodating and we were able to stay another night that we hadn't originally booked! We are looking forward to staying again in the future!

What a great find. We loved our stay. I don't think you could find a better place if you planned to go to the DPAC for a show. If you stay here and are looking for a sweet treat after dinner, stop at the Simon Says Dip This Ice Cream shop! It's also within walking distance.

Daniel’s place was very nice for our weekend getaway. It was convenient to everything we needed but far enough away to be peaceful. The home was very clean and plenty of space.

Great stay with clear instructions and expectations

I stayed at Andrea's condo for a few days in February of '25. Andrea and the Triangle BNB crew were very responsive, polite, and informative. The price was more than fair and the neighborhood was very quiet. If given the chance, I would absolutely come back.

We just stayed in Stacy's property and all was wonderful! The apartment was exactly as billed, in a quiet residential area, but close to lots of stores and restaurants. Stacy was extremely commmunicative with us, providing clear instructions for check in. The space was spotless, and the beds (as mentioned in other reviews!) were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again!

We enjoyed staying at Robbin and Ralph's place. The location was convenient to many shops and restaurants as well as a food market. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. They responded quickly to questions and were accommodating to special requests. We would stay here again.

Downtown Digs was an amazing and stress free stay! One of the most detailed places I’ve stayed. Everything was labeled and had clear instructions. Communication was superb as we decided to extend our stay one additional night! And the place was extremely clean. Would stay again 100%!

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Fuquay Varina. It is a great location and easy to find. It is walkable to downtown and parks and restaurants. Kathy is very responsive to any problems or questions and has been flexible with my travel plans to the area. She is easy to work with and professional and friendly. The building is quiet; there are 4 other units but there is little noise. The unit is clean and has anything you might need. And, close to my heart…lots of hooks and labels on items. There is a lovely porch with table and chairs and steps to the back yard. She even provided a step stool in a closet that I ended up using several times during my stay. There are a few start ups that are appreciated like foil, spices and even olive oil. All of the cleaning supplies are provided so you don’t have to bring anything. Washer and dryer is a nice touch too. I highly recommend this rental which is comparable to the hotel in Holly Springs in price.

We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Jennifer responded quickly and adequately to our concerns. Good location, with supermarket right across the street and Whole foods and Trader Joe's just a few minutes away.

The location of Alan's place is so convenient. Walkable and close to anything you might need/want/crave. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with any amenity you could dream of, and some you can't ;) It was the perfect place to stay and I recommend it.

Michael was very responsive and kind. The place was exactly as described, perhaps even more lovely in person. It was stocked with necessities and in a great location to walk downtown. The neighbors are great too! I definitely look forward to staying here again next time I’m in town.
