Laura was an exceptional host—responsive, helpful, and gave us great local tips. The location offered a perfect balance of privacy and tranquility, making it easy to relax and unwind. Aspen Hollow was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! This cozy cabin(s) surpassed our expectations and was the perfect family-friendly spot for our two families. The lookout was perfect for our snow boarding trip to Monarch

We loved the cabin. It had plenty of space for all of us. The hot tub was nice. Location was private and close to the hot springs. The only downside was no dining table.

Our group loved the cabin! It has so many amenities and the close proximity to Monarch allowed us to have a great ski trip. The hot tub was perfect and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooked meals. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Property is beyond stunning

Jodi's place was great! We got to check in early and the views were amaing! Our toddler loved the loft bedroom! Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was warm on some very cold nights, and it is very close to Monarch Mountain. It had the supplies we needed to cook our meals and feel comfortable. And it was a cute place. Additionally, the host communicated with us and was responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

A cabin in a beautiful small mountain community. Could have slept about 6 people but it was still perfect for my husband and our dog. Located right behind the gas station/restaurant/store so if you need any basic items or are craving a hot meal/coffee you have options. My husband really liked the place and felt like he could live there long term. Would stay here again 👍

I stayed at the cabin for a month and a half and enjoyed everyday up there.

We had a great family vacation at this cabin. The house was gorgeous and very spacious for our group of five adults and a dog. The location is remote, but not too far away from town that it was inconvenient. We greatly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the area and found our stay extremely relaxing. We loved our overnight stay and wished we could spend more time. Really enjoyed the sauna at the bathhouse. The bed was right next to a large window and was perfect for indoor stargazing. Truly love it and can’t wait to try out some of the other cabins on property.

My family and I loved the place it was a nice Christmas Eve gathering with the family sad we had to leave one day early do to the weather and not having one of our vehicles be 4x4 but sure plan to come back in the e future in summer.

Tara's cabin is a true gem! The location is perfect, offering great mountain views. The kitchen was fantastic —well-equipped and easy to use for preparing meals. I especially appreciated the dedicated workspace in the loft, which was a nice spot to get some work done. Tara has clearly put thought into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene mountain getaway!

Great place to stay for a group of riders.

Erica was an amazing host. We have camped in the area before and saw this cabin for rent. It was perfect. So secluded and off grid but still has all of the necessities. We enjoyed being out and about all day and returning in the evening to cook a hot meal with a fire in the fireplace. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE! We can’t wait to visit again!

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas at this cabin. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Will be suggesting to family and friends!

If you want a lovely view of the mountains, a porch to enjoy watching the twinkling night sky, and comfortable amenities, this place is for you! Our plane was delayed and Dean made sure we got where we needed in the dark. Yummy restaurants and downtown aren’t far away. We will be back!

From the time we opened the door we felt right at home. The cabin was clean and cozy and the surroundings were beyond our expectations. 50 feet from Chalk Creek in the back and 100 yards from Chalk Bluff in the front, we cannot wait to return. Doug could not have been more welcoming, like meeting long lost family. Picnics in the treehouse over the creek, walks through the trees, chilling by the fire, this is the place to decompress. Thanks a mill Doug!

What an amazing place! Beautiful, private, with lots of space for the kids to run, with great views of the mountains. Wonderfully curated and immaculately clean inside! The location is very close to the attractions of Salida and just a short drive from the ski resort. The hosts were most responsive to all our requests. It is truly a rare find. Looking forward to being back!.

This cabin was very cute and the perfect size for our family of four including two teen daughters. We enjoyed being outside of town and loved watching the sun come up as we drank coffee each morning out on the deck. The hummingbirds are fun to watch! You do have to use the water judiciously but I figure that is a good practice no matter where you are. Debbie always responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was exactly what we expected and needed. Couldn't have wished for anything more.
