Monthly Rentals in Cesacastina

I was already in love with Lake Campotosto, but experiencing it from Stefano's house was a unique experience... the view, the silence interrupted only by animals (and my dogs), the infinity of stars to contemplate (in fact I brought the telescope and I would absolutely recommend this place to amateur astronomers like me) for me would be enough for what I paid. Stefano's house is simply beautiful, welcoming (like him), warm, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. A godsend for our dogs who were able to run wild in complete safety. Stefano is also an exquisite person, he explains everything about the house and more (excursions, food, surroundings), and chatting with us is really a pleasure. I'll be back soon.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Everything you could want in a home and much more. With attention to detail, you can see that there is a thought behind it and also a lot of affection. The house is very comfortable and very clean, the large green space allowed us to enjoy some mountain properly. The kitchen has everything and Ezio and Mattia were very kind to also leave things for breakfast, for a lunch, for anything. Very close to the cable car for those who love to ski. Mattia was very kind and helpful even with our requests, his father (Ezio) welcomed us at home and made us feel at home. We hope to return to them soon.

The flat is great, cosy and comfortable with everything needed. The little town end the surrounding area are amazing. I didn’t have the chance to meet the host, but she was friendly, responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend
