We stayed here for a week while visiting friends in Merida. We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment complex. Elevator for ease, but also an option to take stairs. Exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Rooftop pool and rooftop covered outdoor sitting area were very enjoyable with a wonderful view of the city (there's also a bar with a private bartender some nights). The apartment was uncluttered and had most of what we needed (we purchased paper towels and a hand towel for the kitchen). Comfortable bed. We enjoyed the hammock & patio. The washer & dryer units were great to have as well. Quality water filter on the kitchen counter as well. The air conditioning units worked well and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The security guards outside the complex were very helpful & friendly as well. We had no problem using Uber to get around. Drivers were always nearby. We never waited more than a few minutes for our Uber to arrive. We would definitely stay in this apartment again! Thank you :)

Excellent experience in this stay! The location is perfect, very close to everything we needed. The apartment is fabulous, it has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cleanliness and tidiness are impeccable. Raziel, the owner, is very attentive and kind. He sent us clear instructions to access the apartment and was always available for any questions or needs. He even gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit. The lodge is a perfect plus for relaxing after a day of exploration. Everything was great. In short, I felt like in my own home. ¡Highly recommended! If I come back to the city, I would definitely choose this apartment again is already in my top 1 of favorites. 5 stars well deserved

The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great location, close to everything. Israel is a great host, very helpful with everything. Water, fruit and eggs that he provided were great. We could borrow cooler and beach towels. We found parking in nearby streets every night.

Excellent spot, it was quiet most of the time and had everything we needed. Its an excellent place to be at and move to different locations around Merida. The place needs work on the cleaning supplies, we had to buy Pinol and a mop as the available mop had a terrible odor and so did the floors.

The apartment is in a nice location in the north of the city, with lots of good restaurants, a grocery store, and a convenience store nearby. the apartment was a comfortable size, with lots of closet space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well appointed. Quiet building with a nice pool, co-working space and gym. Nice, expansive view to the north.
