This place was so beautiful and perfect for our stay! It was close to everything you could need, the rooftop pool was beautiful, the place itself was super clean and even came with laundry! I would definitely go back again!!

The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great location, close to everything. Israel is a great host, very helpful with everything. Water, fruit and eggs that he provided were great. We could borrow cooler and beach towels. We found parking in nearby streets every night.

The place is well located. Very close to downtown and lots of places to visit and eat. There can be some noise, but closing the windows is enough. If you require to work online, the internet is very good, so you can work smoothly. It would be great for them to put other furniture so that each bed would have one, since if several people go, I think the space is not enough to leave things. Yamile is very attentive and attentive to anything or doubt. We had some issues with the water, but it immediately fixed it.

Excellent spot, it was quiet most of the time and had everything we needed. Its an excellent place to be at and move to different locations around Merida. The place needs work on the cleaning supplies, we had to buy Pinol and a mop as the available mop had a terrible odor and so did the floors.

The accommodation was great for passing through! Communication with Silvia was smooth. The only thing that bothered me was that it was quite noisy from the street. but silvia can't do anything about it. always happy to stay again

Quiet and pleasant stay in one of the best residential towers in Merida. The supermarket across the street and the nice gym downstairs were big pluses. The hosts are very responsive, and the cleaning person was great.

The apartment is very nice, it is located in the rear of the main house but has all independence up to the entrance. Small but clean, well kept and friendly. It's very quiet and you'll sleep well. Yamile was a treasure! always available even when I locked myself outside the apartment at 10 o'clock at night, highly recommended.

I couldn’t have been happier with staying at Susana’s place. The location was ideal for my first visit as well as attending LA Calle Spanish school. I enjoyed the apartment, but what stood out most was the hosts recommendations and helpful tips. I would recommend and would stay again myself.
