Wonderful place close to nature. Delicious, Healthy breakfast. Christa is a star. The listing said wifi but it was not functional in Kernelia for most of our stay. T The wonderful bird life soothed our pain of not video chatting with our grand children overseas.

I would love to keep this secret to myself, but happy to share it if I must! :-) If you are looking for a peaceful place with incredible views in an old fashioned styled cottage with all the luxuries, this is it. Down to earth but comfortable. This is our 'get away from the hustle and bustle'. Paradise. The attention to detail and the good old country hospitality is genuine and make this stay very special. Hike on beautifully maintained paths with plenty of stops to ponder and think and dream. Heleen's landscape art is breathtaking and meaningful. Very good value for money.

One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the mountains, which provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The hot tub was an added luxury, perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploring. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a secluded and romantic getaway, making it feel like a home away from home. Nathalie was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more special. Quite honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. An amazing family home in an equally special part of the Western Cape.

We had the most wonderful stay on this farm. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. It was a wonderful escape from the business of life. Our kids enjoyed the swimming in the dam and kayaking. The sunsets on the farm was glorious. The stars were glorious. We could braai and dine al fresco every night. The farm is not far from other attractions but honestly we didnt want to leave the farm. We would highly recommend this farm for a blissful escape. Santie is a wonderful host and were helpful in every way. She created a warm and inviting home. We will definitely be visiting again.
