The place is very clean and tidy, the furniture is new all. There are no complaints, everything is in accordance with what is described. Comfortable and spacious, enough for 10 people.

All my family members love the house, especially the dining area connected to the living room with television. All of the family members were able to hangout together during meals and watching movies. This house will be in the top list for next time when we visit Jakarta again. Our family had a wonderful stay at Rumah Komering! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The in-house staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Whole unit was spotless, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The overall ambience of the unit was very pleasant and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to our host for clear instructions. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Rumah Komering to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would love to come back again!

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

We had a very good and comfortable stay. The place was very clean and very well located (close to places to eat and shopping malls). Yusuf was in touch and attentive to our arrival to make sure it is in the best way. Thank you Yusuf!

Very few nice places available at Menteng Park. Galih's place is clean and very cozy. His communications is also very prompt. Definitely would stay again!

The house is very comfortable, the landlord is nice

the stay at their place was incredible! paid its worth, super friendly host, managed to keep all my parcels safely. the house looks smaller in the picture (in which i think they should update) but its much larger in real life. i just wished the toilet was a bit cleaner? however we only paid rm550 for 5 pax so all is good, amenities were provided according to agreement.

My second time to stay here and my family feel comfortable. Great house & flexible time for check in were really helpful for my family.

We stayed in Jakarta just one night, but we loved this place! You can walk to the National Monument and the area has many restaurants nearby. The best of the place is its giant infinity pool and is a good option to relax. Definitely highly recommended.

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

The Apartment is in a perfect location, many shops and restaurants in the area not to mentioned 4 different malls.

the location is quite and strategic, very convenience with private lift. the unit is very clean and comfy like home.. I love the sofa btw.. the wifi is working well. there is a food court just accross the building. highly recommended 👍🏻
