Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Central Jakarta City

Tempatnya sangat bersih dan rapi, furniturnya masih baru semua. Tidak ada komplain berarti, semuanya sesuai dengan apa yang dideskripsikan. Nyaman dan luas, cukup untuk 10 orang.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Very few nice places available at Menteng Park. Galih's place is clean and very cozy. His communications is also very prompt. Definitely would stay again!

the stay at their place was incredible! paid its worth, super friendly host, managed to keep all my parcels safely. the house looks smaller in the picture (in which i think they should update) but its much larger in real life. i just wished the toilet was a bit cleaner? however we only paid rm550 for 5 pax so all is good, amenities were provided according to agreement.

мне понравилось это жилье, но рядом очень громко слышно мечеть. так же нет горячей воды, для меня это не страшно, но для семей с детьми, может стать не приятным моментом

Checkin yang gampang dan petunjuk dari pemilik sudah sangat jelas, untuk kamarnya sudah sesuai deskripsi dan bisa langsung jalan kaki ke Mall Hublife via Basement, untuk berpergian dengan transportasi online juga mudah yaitu langsung melalui lobi apartemennya

Nos quedamos en Yakarta solo una noche, ¡pero este alojamiento nos encantó! Puedes ir a pie al monumento nacional y la zona tiene muchos restaurantes cerca. Lo mejor del lugar es su alberca infinita que está gigante y es una buena opción para relajarse. Definitivamente muy recomendable.

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Excellent location close to public transportation. Centrally located between the SCBD and shopping malls. The unit was in a good building and was in good condition. I really appreciated the large water cooler provided. Security was good and everyone was friendly. The only issue I had was that the shower was not properly cleaned. The drain was covered in the previous guest's hair and was pretty gross. Otherwise everything was very good.

Anty was very friendly and responsive. Thanks to her for accommodating the changes of checking time. The place is as described, and very recommended!

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had the best facilities—everything we needed was available and in excellent condition. Julius was very responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. Also loved the location—just a short walk to the mall. Highly recommend!
