Great place to just get away just parking can become expensive

The apartment was homey and spacious with everything we needed for a family trip. The location is fantastic, easily walkable to everything downtown Bryn Mawr has to offer.

Top notch in every respect. Host is responsive, the apartment is in excellent condition, and the location is ideal. Cannot go wrong.

The building had really nice amenities like concierge to receive packages, coffee machine, co-working spaces, business center, gym, etc. Convenient location close to the mall and supermarkets. The entire checkin-checkout process was super easy. My dog also loved the outdoor dog run. The unit itself was comfortable, clean and as pictured.

AVE apartments are a great place to stay, everything is conveniently furnished, even the kitchen has what you might need for cooking. The building is well maintained and people managing it are responsive and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay.

The space was exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. Had all the basics you'd need for a few days. Easy to get to and I felt safe walking around especially with the police dept close by. I also parked in a nearby lot with no issues. Plenty of other parking available nearby. Easy walk to the convention center, Reading Terminal Market and restaurants. Rainie was very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

This unit is in a great location. I felt very safe even at night. It's important to note there is no free parking. Please take Raine and Billy's suggestion to use the SpotHero app to reserve parking. There are garages very convenient to the building. Garages close at 10 pm so if you are going to be out later, park your car and walk, take public transportation or use a ride share service.

Great place. Great location in Philly, close to a lot of activities but in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment was well laid out and has everything you need and takes pups!

Great place , bed is a little hard and like others stated, shower floor gets a little wet but great location , very responsive hosts. I would def stay there again. Walking distance to moon buns and underground arts (amazing concert venue )

Fast responses from hosts and fantastic location. Convenient to the Convention Center. It's a comfortable studio. The place has light-blocking curtains not shown in the photos. It already had one and they put in the other at our request lightning fast, which we appreciated. Take a few steps to Broad Street, turn right, and it's a short walk to the Convention Center and beyond to Reading Market or Chinatown. Other attractions are also nearby. If you don't want to dine out for every meal, it's very nice to have a kitchen, and the Reading Market and Chinatown make that even more attractive. The closest groceries are Giant and Trader Joe's and there are several nearby bakeries. Planet Fitness is right next to Giant. It is a studio, so you might assess whether you want a larger space, fancier kitchen, or free parking. We didn't drive to Philadelphia, so this was the perfect solution for us.

I came here for rest after the big Super Bowl and wanted to be close to the action. The location is perfectly close to Center City and steps away from Broad St. There's a convenience store around the corner and close to SEPTA access if necessary. The space was clean and exactly as described. Host was very responsive and even let us stay an hour longer after check in without charge which I very much appreciated! Would recommend to anyone coming to Philly and I would absolutely rent this Airbnb space again!
