Gorgeous house !!! 5 minutes away from Bryn Mawr College by car. Beautiful peaceful area. Highly recommended

Lynn is an exceptional host! She was incredibly accommodating and considerate towards our group's questions and needs. Her space is charming, and we loved the outdoor areas for gathering and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was so fantastic, we were able to make our favorite meals and desserts, and felt right at home!

Jazzy is the BEST hostess! Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and an excellent communicator! Her place is amazing! It’s very clean, beautiful and far better than a hotel. All the amenities of home were provided. Bottled water, tea, lovely towels and bath amenities. A mini fridge and microwave, too! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. A nice tv with lots of great channels is in the room I stayed in. Jazzy always made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend her Airbnb and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you for everything, Jazzy! I appreciate your wonderful hospitality!

This was a great place to stay for a quick get away. It was cozy and clean and had everything I needed, including a desk to do work

I really enjoyed The Gratitude House with my husband and two children. It has a very cozy and welcoming vibe. It’s a quiet street and always had plenty of parking. The bedding and linens were very nice. The shower has really good water pressure and the hot is HOT and cold is COLD (it’s the little things). The office and working space was ideal for working at the house. The host was very responsive throughout our entire stay. We will look to book again when we visit Philadelphia.

Marcia's home was cozy, spacious, and a great place to lay my head with two other friends! Marcia is very kind and accommodating. I would come back!

We had a lovely stay at Tes’s place! She was quick to respond, check in was a breeze and it was very spacious for 3 couples. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location! Gary’s place was exactly what my son and I were looking for on our first visit to Philadelphia. The unit was very clean and roomy, and exactly as described. The free parking right next to his place was a major selling point as we did not want to drive around Philly trying to find somewhere to park at every location we wanted to visit. It was close enough to walk to all the major historical sites! Gary provided a wealth of information about things to do and see and provided plenty of recommendations for local restaurants. He was very friendly and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. I would highly recommend staying at Gary’s place!

This was a convenient location for visiting family and close to shops and restaurants. The description was very accurate and the unit was equipped, clean and tidy. Rob and Amanda were very responsive with clear instructions on entrance and parking. They also were helpful with local recommendations. There are a lot of steep stairs but they made sure we were aware so there were no surprises.

We had a nice and comfortable overnight stay during a last-minute trip to Philadelphia. The host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with our late-night check-in, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and well-equipped for a short stay, and we enjoyed the selection of games — a thoughtful touch! Thank you!

We had a great stay at James’ and Dorothea’s place! They are both great people. James gave great instructions for getting into the house, and interacting with the horses on their property. Dorothea made us incredible and generous breakfasts, and we had great conversation with her about her life and ours. The bridal suite is so beautiful (and we weren’t there after getting married!), and the bed is extremely comfortable. Amazing electric fireplace in the room! Wifi is good in the room too - I worked out of it for a few days. Would highly recommend this place!

What a great find! JoAnn is a brilliant host and makes everything so easy. Her home is perfectly located in a residential area just a few blocks from the village and university. This is a real BnB, where she makes a beautiful breakfast for you, rare these days. I found the bed to be perfect. The room was just what I needed, with my own air control and work space, I had everything I need. This place is a gem. Book it.

Molly and Dan are fantastic people. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like a party of the household. The house is full of warmth and charm found in antiquity. They’re black cat was super friendly. Would 100% recommend a stay at the James Matthew’s house. Beautiful garden, private covered porch, and so many snacks!!

A delightful experience through and through! Francois is doing Airbnb like it should be done. He’s a warm and perfectly interactive host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our two nights! We unfortunately did not get to meet his fiance Keith and their dog Fez as they were out of town. Francois made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The space is just the epitome of cozy. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the duration of our stay. The included breakfast was a level of hospitality that felt genuine and charming. His recommendations for places to eat and things to do were spot on and saved us from making at least one culinary faux pas! When we come back to Fishtown there is no question we will be staying here again! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

Chris and Zeus were both friendly and welcoming. The house was clean and an easy walk to to Keswick. Very much enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice big TV in the bedroom.

Outstanding. I stayed here for a couple of weeks during my relocation from another state. Cathy and George were extremely helpful and welcoming, giving me privacy while also making themselves available to assist my transition. They were a huge help and made such a difference to my transition. Lovely couple with a delightful family. Small touches such as home-baked goodies and well-stocked breakfast set-up made a nice difference. Nicely furnished and convenient to restaurants, etc.

I had a lovely stay in Jo-Ann's clean and comfortable home. I was in Swarthmore for a reunion event, and appreciated that I was only a short walk from both the Swarthmore "Ville", which now has a nice selection of restaurants and a farmer's market on weekends, as well as the Swarthmore College campus and the SEPTA station. My room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Jo-Ann offer's a lovely breakfast spread and excellent coffee. She was very helpful and responsive to my questions, and the keypad entry made it easy to come and go. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again!

Loved it here! Such a charming space, easy to check in and out, and we got to hang out with one of the cats for a while. Literally only one downside and that's that it's an old (and beautiful) building so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the floors are creaky. Really can't say enough good things otherwise.
