Monthly Rentals in Cenote Tres Bocas

Perfect for one or 2 nights. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach, 10 minute walk to restaurants. Very nice garden patio with table and chairs and lights in the trees, all in a very quiet, safe area. The A/C works well, and with the ceiling fan, the bedroom is very cool and comfortable. The kitchen is quite hot with no fan, but well-equipped and we cooked a nice meal. We enjoyed our stay, and for $40 CAD per night, we would definitely stay here again!

Overall we were very pleased with our accommodations. It was well stocked, lots of hot water, good air conditioning and beautiful pool area with a gorgeous view. Just a few complaints. There were no sheets or pillow cases for the murphy bed and it would have been really nice to have 2 chairs to take to the beach instead of just 1. When there is heavy rain the street in front of the apartment building floods and we had to walk in water almost up to our knees to go anywhere. But as I said, we were pleased overall with our stay.

A hydro pump would make a big difference. Shower was ok but other taps had very weak water flow. A couple of small pans and a kettle would be great
