Summer’s place is a great spot in the heart of downtown Wilmington! Everything is clean and organized. We were able to stay in the penthouse which was a huge plus. Summer was very responsive and accommodating throughout. I highly recommend!

Great location that provides easy walkable access to everything old downtown wilmington has to offer. cozy and private spot within little grouping of apartments in building. slight awareness for weekend noise from bar next door but its very subtle so did not bother us really. Ideal spot for a weekend stay in downtown wilmington.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

We loved staying here! It was very conveniently located and the coffee shop across the street was a big hit for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had our 10 month old with us and didn’t have to worry about him exploring in the space. There was some street noise at night, which is to be expected in downtown but the provided sound machines in each room were very helpful. Definitely recommend this stay!

Great location. Pull out couch worked for two small kids. Having the side yard with direct access to unit was convenient for the do to go out .

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

This artsy, eclectic coastal home was a great spot for our young family. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful and unexpected amenities, like a variety of snacks, coffee, toiletries, and an abundance of towels and cozy blankets. And a TV in every room, with multiple streaming apps for rainy days. It felt like everything we could possibly need was right at our fingertips. The house itself was decorated with a unique mix of coastal artwork and musical instruments, giving it a creative and inviting atmosphere. Despite being conveniently located to downtown Wilmington, the home was surprisingly quiet—especially at night. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into creating a warm and welcoming experience, and it shows.

We really enjoyed our stay last weekend. The home was perfect in every way. The Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine and well stocked, the 3 living room spaces provided ample areas to spread out. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog to explore. The location was perfect- we walked to the riverfront park and all around the historic neighborhoods and downtown. We will book here again soon!

My family and I stayed at Daniel’s Airbnb for a month. Having a fenced in backyard was so helpful with our dog and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Anytime that I had any questions, Daniel was very responsive with communication. Thank you, again, Daniel!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

We had a great time at Suzanne's place for my mom's 70th birthday getaway. Wrightsville is a favorite of ours and being right on the ocean was fantastic! Plenty of room for the four of us and the balcony was perfection!

Would highly recommend! This was our first visit to Emerald Isle and the stay here made our visit worthwhile. Its walking distance to the beach so I loved that we could just walk over after breakfast! The condo was clean and all the listed amenities were available. John was also very responsive and worked with us through the whole booking process!

If you're looking a quiet, peaceful place to stay this definitely fits the bill. Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to local eateries and shops. Well appointed kitchen, if cooking is your thing on vacation. Very comfortable living room furniture and a quality mattress. The cleanliness of the entire condo was worth 5 stars alone. Linda was prompt to reply and made sure everything was okay during your stay. Would definitely return for another getaway!

This place was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The location was great, we walked to several local restaurants and we were just a short walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Took a minute to figure out where the condo was located, but, once there, the stay was very peaceful and centrally located between Beaufort and Morehead City, giving us plenty of options of things to do and places to eat. Setting was beautiful. Park next door for early a.m. walks.
