Eilish's place is a home away from home. A lovely place to relax and explore the surrounding broads. I stayed for a few days over Christmas, and going to the beach to see the seal pups Christmas day was amazing! All the amenities the place has was also great to create my Christmas dinner! Would definitely recommend, and will come back to do some more exploring :)

Lovely location and the Swan pub near by, the food is very good with excellent service. The flat is very well equipped with everything you needed for a perfect stay. And tastefully decorated and with lovely furnishings. The attention to detail on what's in the flat is very good. From DVDs, books, puzzle's and the kitchen utensil's. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you David & Ros

Rupert’s place is as described… idyllic. Snug, cosy, peaceful, beautifully and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the village pub and we could literally step out of the door and walk down the lane to the wonderful Ludham marshes nature reserve. It is the perfect place for exploring the Broads and the coast on foot and by car. Rupert and Nadia were warm, welcoming, friendly and so helpful and hospitable. We will returning in Autumn. Cannot recommend highly enough.
