Deanna’s place was perfect for our time in Arvada and Denver! Super comfortable and cozy as well as convenient to trails/parks and restaurants. Deanna provided the check-in instructions well in advance of our stay and the entrance was easy to find. Parking was a breeze. Thanks again!!

This home was so beautiful! Everything was so clean and well kept. We enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife surrounding the area too. The location was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

What an incredibly beautiful spot! We saw all the photos before arriving, but the lake view and surrounding pines blew us away. Cabin was adorable and cozy, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Kathleen was extremely easy to communicate with as questions arose. I would absolutely recommend a stay at their cabin!

Great location and great home. The house is clean and modern. The location can’t be beat - walkable to lots of places, but tucked away from noise. Julie was quick to answer our questions. Next time we’re in Denver we’ll be renting here again.

This place was great! My crew stayed here while working in the area. The host was contacted for a potential issue, and he was extremely prompt to have it resolved. Very responsive, beautiful place!

The house was a perfect place to stay. Very family friendly with lots of extra amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Catherine was great and let us have early check in as no one was there that day.

Absolutely incredible stay last week in this beautiful home! Our family spent a long weekend in Denver and couldn't have asked for a more comfortable home base — we will be back! The home was sparkling clean, in a great location and full of everything we needed, much more than expected for a typical rental! Our kids enjoyed the small yard, and we loved the fireplace every night. Comfy beds, a stocked kitchen and a super helpful host all made for an awesome trip.

This was hands down one of the better places I have had the privilege to stay at. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend giving this place a try. The Host was very responsive both before and during our stay which was very much appreciated. Definitely will keep this home in mind on my next visit to the Denver area! Loved the house and the back yard! The fence is about 3 ft tall on one side so be aware of that if you are booking with dogs. It worked out great for us just keeping our jumper on a long leash when she was in the back yard. Parking was easy, getting in was chill, the coffee set up was perfect. 10/10 would stay again

We had a magical time at Trout Creek! The house and property feel very secluded, but it’s just a short drive to town for a grocery run or dinner out! We went out on a few day trips to enjoy some of the local attractions, but we mostly enjoyed staying on the property - the kids didn’t want to leave! They played in the snow, sledded, and tried a little ice skating on the pond! It was such a fun winter getaway!

Beautiful house with a beautiful lake and park. Small town across the lake is wonderful. Close to larger cities for more restaurants and shopping! Host was very responsive and helpful!

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

This place is definitely one of my favorite AirBnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The place was very spacious and warm, you immediately feel at ease as soon as you enter, not to mention the view from the backyard is stunning. The host was also very responsive and extremely helpful, would recommend this airbnb to all of my friends and family!
