Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Castiadas

Marcello's house has allowed us to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beauty of nearby beaches both on foot and by car. The house is functional, clean and the double amenities are very convenient for families. Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Marcello's tips were a great help.

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

The accommodation is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers a lot of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). Around it are many other cottages, but there was almost nothing going on in October. However, another settlement is being built not far, so we had construction noise on a few days. Of course, this will change when the work is done. Since we traveled a lot, or were on the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest also rather small supermarket is 5 min drive away. We had a lovely stay and would come back. Grazie!

We had 12 beautiful days in the beginning to mid-October. The temperatures were between 22 and 27 degrees. Perfect to use the pool and surrounding beaches extensively. The beach at the house is just a longer staircase and a few yards away. In about 3 minutes you will be there. The other beach is about 1.2 km away. Walking distance in about 15 minutes. There is also a restaurant and a supermarket with cheese and meat counter as well as bakery. We could buy the essentials there. A cheap Lidl can be reached in about 30-35 minutes and is worthwhile for bulk shopping.

It was nice apartment with the comfortable location: near supermarket and cafes. Cinzia is very helpful, always answered at the same moment if I asked something. Thank you one more time 🙏

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

We spent 4 nights at Nicola's beautiful place. Nicola is a great host, always very responsive and attentive. He gave us restaurants suggestions and great instructions to make check-in and check- out a breeze. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and warm heart. It meant a lot for us, we felt like home! The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The big balcony is a bonus for both day and evening. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beaches, with great restaurants nearby, shops, and supermarkets. Secure parking and washer are a big bonus. Thank you Nicola for everything. We felt very comfortable! We found the property as described and equipped with a tidy base. There was coffee and tea and laundry detergent/dishwashing tablets as well as shampoo and sunscreen. Great quiet location close to the beach. We would highly recommend this house:-)

I have stayed around the world and this place is number one in terms of how well it is equipped inside. Kitchen has top appliances and wonderful equipment for cooking and eating. The living room is stunning with a big table and big TV. Bedrooms are beautifully designed and kept. This was the most comfortable bed ever. The place was super clean and the host was absolutely amazing. Overall an incredible house to stay at and enjoy the wonderful city and the beaches nearby.

A very nice and cozy apartment. We were very warmly personally welcomed and said goodbye by Maria. The location was great. Short distances to the village and to the beaches. The apartment was perfectly equipped. Even umbrella and chairs for the beach were provided. We will be happy to rent this apartment again when we are back in Sardinia. Thank you Maria.

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.

Apartment is big, just few step from the sea and the beach. You can enjoy sea view and the sound from the balcony. There is a lot of kitchen equipment in the house... what we liked the most, espacialy our 8 years child - drums in the room! Good place to stay!
