Great spot and beautiful neighborhood!

Great place in a nice, peaceful setting, but so close to Grand Rapids. Very chic and stylish decor. Hosts were very responsive. 10/10 would stay again!

The house is located in a quiet, narrow street across from a large church parking lot in a quaint neighborhood with beautiful houses. Brianne's house was built in 1898 and has the great atmosphere of those years. The apartment is up the staircase a on the second floor. The keys were waiting in a lock box. Entry was easy. It felt like home right away and proved a nice place to get back to after our long work days, seven days a week, for four weeks. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the seating arrangements were great. There are a baker, butcher, and quality everything store a block away. In the same block is also a pizza place and a restaurant/coffee shop. Brianne has two friendly dogs who enthusiastically greet you. All in all, the apartment is a great deal. We would love to visit again. Thanks Brianne!!

A friend and I stayed for Grand Rapids Comic Con they were incredibly nice and always willing to help and do whatever they could to improve our stay. Super close drive to the Devos Place for our convention as well
