Located in the old city, convenient and evocative location. Very clean and thoughtful apartment, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a stay of any duration. Communication with the host is efficient and without problems. We will definitely be back!

Ada was very kind and made us find the stove on. In the bathroom there was a shower bathroom for 2, towels, hairdryer, oxygenated water even! Osteria Maccalè right in front of you is very good!

The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, not far from the town of Proceno, where we met Lorenzo who took us to our destination. The road to the farmhouse is not only paved in the last part, but it is still well maintained and easily accessible by car. The location has ample privacy and a refreshing view of the valley in front. Inside the spaces are very spacious with a very welcoming living area and suitable for hosting many guests! We took advantage of both the outdoor oven, the barbecue, and the indoor fireplace-all working perfectly! We couldn't enjoy the pool because we stayed in the winter! Lorenzo was extremely friendly and helpful, running to our rescue as needed! Nearby there are many villages, easily accessible, for day trips (Torre Alfina, Pitigliano, Sorano, etc.) I highly recommend the location especially to nature and animal lovers!

Debora's farmhouse is beautiful, it has a beautiful view, on the clearest days you can see from the Sibillini Mountains to Gran Sasso and the entire Val d 'Orcia. The interior is very welcoming and Debora as an attentive guest has equipped it with everything you can need for the people you welcome, you feel truly welcomed and pampered. She was very kind and very helpful. We were with friends and our respective dogs. For them it was a wonderful experience, they had available in addition to a house that quietly accepted them, even a beautiful fenced ground and outside it, a space as far as the eye can run free and happy. In the morning, despite being December, we always enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. The location in which it is located has allowed us to easily visit many villages and cities and finally we also relaxed at the thermal baths that are very close to the farmhouse.
