Monthly Rentals in Carrick Castle

The lodge was as described. Robbie had been kind enough to leave a light on & heater for us. Located in a quiet area with a beautiful view. The area is quite rural but perfect if you like walking. Loved exploring and finding little waterfalls etc around. The purpose of our visit was to do very little and escape work/commitments for a few days which we definitely did. The lodge was very cosy, the bedding was lovely and thick, very snuggly. We were able to watch TV via firestick with all the apps and the kitchen had every pan, utensil etc needed. Everything we needed was included. Thank you Robbie for a lovely stay.

Patricia's place is lovely. The living room is so cosy where you are surrounded by books with a view of the sea out the window. The kitchen has everything you need and well stocked. Patricia even left milk, butter and home made bread. I was very happy to see a hot water bottle too! Dunoon is really stunning. There are some beautiful Glen's to explore. Unfortunately most of the trails were closed due to storm damage but I still found lots to do. Patricia was very helpful with suggestions for walks and lent me some maps of the area. Thanks Patricia!

Due to work I've been working in East Argyll for three months, I've spent most of that time here because I struggle to imagine there is anywhere more suitable. Enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay in Knud's apartment for one month. It's location and accessibility to train station and shopping is perfect. Tessco was 4 min walk . The apartment was clean, but the kitchen's dishes and pans were not. However we managed to wash and use them. There is enough plates, silverware and glasses for two person. He was super nice and responsive, provided enough toiletries, towels, beddings and even allowed us to use the washing machine in his own apartment as we stayed for a long time and needed to do laundry. Overall a good experience and recommend his place for even long stays.
