Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Carmichael

This home at all the amenities you want in an Airbnb it at K cups, coffee, machine, and all of the equipment you need in your kitchen to cook your daily living. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of showers and even a bathtub to relax in a beautiful backyard for my dogs that was protected they didn’t get out a swingset not that I needed one and very friendly neighbors. It had a TV set that was over 75 inches and I watched the Disney Channel the entire time I lived there. They were extremely responsive and helped me in individual things that I asked of them. Extremely good host. Plenty of blankets and pillows and amenities that also came with coffee pods. I had forgotten my coffee cream and there were some in the cupboard. I was so happy. Everything worked well and since it was cold, like 33° in the morning, the heater worked very well. But that was plenty of blankets and comforters to make everyone happy. This is the perfect place for an entire family!

Gurdev is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. This is the second time we have rented Gurdev's home for our family Holiday gathering. Accommodations are comfortable, always clean and the addition of the bed in the loft area is an added plus and valid use of this space. Should the need arise again in the future, Gurdev's home would be on top of our list of rentals in the Antelope/Sacramento area.

We were scheduled at Vrbo, but it was unsafe and horrible. Last minute contact to Shaharom, and we were in a beautiful house in a safe neighborhood. Owner was responsive and understanding. We would recommend them, and expect to return again. Cannot say enough about how wonderfully welcomed we felt.

Great location and neighborhood! Robert had it decorated for the holidays which was wonderful! In places it was a bit tight as there was quite a bit of furniture. There are lots of things in the kitchen, almost too much for me. It could use a good go-through in terms of spices, etc. A few more available drawers would be great.

Amazing stay! Stuart was great at responding to any questions. The pool and backyard was so relaxing and peaceful! We would definitely like to come back in the near future.

Olga’s place is perfect for a peaceful stay. It is equipped with everything you need and not a spot of clutter. It’s close to Old Fair Oaks with parks, shops, coffee and restaurants. Olga was very responsive when I needed help and sent lots of helpful instructions. I look forward to staying at her place again.

I stay at Ryan and Carolyn's place is my go-to when I'm in Sacramento for work. It's on a beautiful street and the the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Stayed for CIM, had an amazing stay. Location is great, very close by to a lot of restaurants and also the Capitol area. The place is also much larger than I expected from the pictures, very spacious and the second bed is also quite comfortable. Angela was also an extremely friendly and understanding host, 10/10

This home is clean, inviting and just a few blocks from our family. The heating system was super easy to use, which is not always our experience, and much appreciated. The bed was comfy and warm. We like using a Roku TV system so that was nice too. We didn’t use the kitchen but it sure had everything you would need. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Tim was a great host and his unit was wonderful. Right in the middle of downtown, it's great to walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and night life. At the end of it all coming home to a huge comfy bed and cozy spot was icing on the cake.

I’ve stayed at Allie’s properties numerous times. Very clean, comfortable, and inviting. In a great area in walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Nearby parks if you have little ones. Very quiet! Allie is a wonderful, responsive host. Highly recommend!

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn's place is in a great location downtown. Walking to Golden 1 Center and several great coffee shops is quick and easy. It is nice having a small gym that includes the basics. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will stay again when visiting Sacramento.

Exactly what we needed for staying in Sacramento for Ironman Sacramento. Full kitchen to make home cooked meals, washer and dryer to clean workout clothing, location close to the Hwy just 16 min to race start, space for race bikes in entry, place to dry wetsuits on balcony and cozy living room to stretch out, relax and do yoga. Beds were comfy and lots of pillows, lots of towels, very quiet neighbours, safe gated community with safe parking. The pool and workout center were not available when we went but they would be also great amenities to have. Gym and sauna looked very nice. Pool would be great in warmer weather. Garrett was an excellent host. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!
