Juan was super nice. The place was conveniently located by nice restaurants and grocery stores and even a super charger! It was super clean and had tons of space for sleep options. I definitely will be here again next time I’m in the area

Gurdev is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. This is the second time we have rented Gurdev's home for our family Holiday gathering. Accommodations are comfortable, always clean and the addition of the bed in the loft area is an added plus and valid use of this space. Should the need arise again in the future, Gurdev's home would be on top of our list of rentals in the Antelope/Sacramento area.

We absolutely loved Mikko’s home. It perfectly matched the description, was sparkling clean with a very well stocked kitchen and wonderful amenities. Mikko has great attention to detail and it’s clear she put a lot of thought into the furnishings. The living room, dining room and kitchen included comfortable, high end furniture and great lighting. The bed was super comfortable with gorgeous linens… and the bathroom fully renovated with soft, fluffy towels. Also loved her shampoo and conditioner! We really appreciated the privacy and the lovely patio out the back. Parking was easy and off the street… and the neighborhood quiet at night with a great coffee shop on the corner. We couldn’t have wished for more and will certainly be back! Thank you Mikko!

We always have such a lovely experience when we stay in Shaharom’s home! We visit the area regularly on business and pleasure, and always have a wonderful time. The home is always clean and fresh upon our arrival, Shaharom is always communicative and quick to respond, the neighborhood and area is nice, safe, and nearby many shops, restaurants, stores, etc. We highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

By far one of the best and cleanest Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, pristine pool and peaceful quiet backyard, spotlessly clean (even behind the nightstands and under the beds!), fun toys for kids. Maria is incredibly kind and a great communicator. I will absolutely request to stay here again.

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!

Amazing stay! Stuart was great at responding to any questions. The pool and backyard was so relaxing and peaceful! We would definitely like to come back in the near future.

Visited town to see my mother in nearby Orangevale, but knew Fair Oaks (the village) was an adorbs place to unwind at the end of a long day. The roosters! Stockman Bar! Shangri-la! I’m SO glad I chose this place; bright inside (which I’m happy about because it rained most of my trip). Everything you need (late night Mac and cheese!? Yes please). Comfy front porch, couch and AMAZING mattress for my back! And nice touch, yoga mat! If you enjoy long walkabouts, the surrounding neighborhood is amazing! And safe! I walked to the American River bridge through some gorgeous homes, the back through downtown on the way back. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs while visiting my mom over the last two years, and Fair Oaks is where it’s at. Like a hiper downtown Folsom. While the place is attached to Olga’s home, I never felt like I was in anything but my own private apartment! 💗

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

Everything here is perfect. The bed is so comfortable you won’t want to journey out. 😉 East Sacramento is perfect for us; love the Canadian geese at McKinley park. We walked everywhere for days. Don’t miss the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted at Gunther’s Ice Cream if you come this way. Connie & Joshua

What a great home! It was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal - in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and restaurants. Allie was very helpful and responded right away when we needed to extend our stay. I appreciate the small touches that made the home such a relaxing part of our trip.

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

We did an extended stay due to renovations happening at our home. When you pull on to the street, it can look a little sketchy, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you go through the gates of the complex. It is very quiet and peaceful. Garrett had wonderful communication and could not have been more accommodating for my elderly parents. Would stay here again if a need in Sacramento arose. Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!
