Look no further. This place is pristine clean, super quiet and convenient to all of Auburn. The hosts were super responsive and helpful!!! One of the best airbnb that I’ve stayed in, so well equipped. Bed is king size and super comfy. Huge tub and bathroom!!!

We had a great stay at Andrea and Todd's! They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible in allowing for an early check-in and late check-out. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Bonnie and Mitch’s place is really comfortable, clean, and we’ll stocked. Sometimes kitchens in Airbnb’s lack essentials, but this one has everything you need to feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and the desk in the second bedroom is very handy if you need to do any work or study. We had our dog with us, and they even had dishes, towels, etc. for your pet. The location is perfect, a short walk to Historic district in Folsom, which is full of shops and restaurants. Excellent Farmers Market if you are here on Saturday. Some reviews mentioned excessive noise from town, but we did not find that to be an issue. We highly recommend a stay here!

Such a clean and cute little place within walking distance (flat 1/2mile) to Old Town Roseville filled with cute shops and restaurants. Also right off highway 80 so easy access to the larger area. Faye takes the time to add little touches that really made it feel comfortable and welcoming immediately. Bed was super comfy for us. Will definitely stay here again if we travel to Roseville

Decent place for a night. The place does have an odor that is not so pleasant but overall it’s a decent place.

it was a great place to stay and had everything I needed. Neighbourhood was quite quiet and could get on public transport within a few minutes. Also next to a great ice cream store and a diner. I really loved my stay and had a couple of tv's which was great.

Eligio was quick to respond to all requests/needs. Place was as stated. Only con was a little noise as unit is attached to house where owner lives and some smell from kitchen foods. Joy is a wonderful host, easy to communicate. The place is so clean and exactly looks like how it is in the pictures, the neighborhood is so pleasant, and you will be amazed to see palm trees all around the community. The place is so close to most of the Mexican restaurants and 10 mins away from Walmart. I would definitely suggest anyone to go for it. The people around other units are also friendly. If you visit this place, Say Hi to the pet friends around the unit.

Steve’s place is great! I stay here every year for a festival and he’s always been super communicative and extremely accommodating. Place is very flat and centrally located but heads up, don’t take the bike path near by it’s a pretty sketch shanty town of homeless even during the day. Another thing to note is they don’t give you a key to the front door so avoid bringing anything valuable juuuuuust in case

We stayed for a week at Christmas and new year; very walkable and easy to access restaurants, bars, and points of interest. We had a car which was never difficult to park in the back. We really loved that coffee was provided; we got to grind it fresh each morning 😊

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

It is located close to downtown, tons of restaurants and things to do. Very cute and cozy!

My first stay in Sacramento was great thanks to Ben and his team! It's a very nice spot with a helpful and proactive host team. If I return to next year's wine symposium, I will definitely try to stay again!

Mike is really what makes this place so special. He is the most accommodating host I have ever worked with and I have been using AirBnB for almost 10 years now. If you need anything, he really wants to make sure you have your needs met. The carpet is really soft. The patio area with fake grass is great for the dogs to run around in while still being able to keep an eye on them. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. There was only 1 knife and no cutting board, but I'm sure had I asked for more he would have grabbed me some from the main house or went and bought some. The washer and dryer he has are AMAZING! I have never used such an efficient and good-sized w/d. His place really has everything you'd need for an extended stay. I will say, it's maybe not the best decorated or super spotlessly, sparkly clean and updated. However, everything worked out for us during our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Mike is such a great host!

Property & condo are fantastic. Lived the gym, pool, condo. Neighborhood around the property was a little rough, but security was there to deal with any problems

The location is great! Close to freeways, shopping, dining and downtown. Apartment is close to assigned covered parking, is clean and comfortable. Great internet for remote work.

I rented this apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment matches the description, it is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops nearby. The landlord, Yuri, was polite and always responded quickly to requests. I highly recommend it!

This was a lovely apartment close to the things I wanted to do and see in Sacramento. My host was very gracious and allowed me to have a late checkout because of my flight situation. They also accommodated to my late check in.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.
