We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

The apartment is beautiful, very well furnished and impeccably clean. The big plus: it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which is ideal for a group stay! We immediately felt at ease there. Perfect accommodation for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). 2 metro stations are also 6-7 minutes walk away. The apartment is cozy and super clean. We had a very nice few days in Madrid. Thanks Miguel!

Karina and her husband Julián were excellent hosts. Always available and extremely friendly, they did everything to make my stay a great experience. The studio is wonderful, with all the amenities needed to live comfortably. Is a 15-minute drive from Madrid. Nearby there are several public transportation options as well. It is very well located for those who want a quiet, comfortable place, with great quality and easy access. The stay went very well, I felt truly at home!

The house was just what we were looking for to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The exceptional plot area with its barbecue and in the basement a play area for the kids. Everything was very clean, and we had all kinds of kitchenware. Jose Maria was attentive at all times. Would recommend 💯

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. Google Maps took us to the back and it was a bit tricky, but the girl was attentive at all times. We arrived and they settled us in. Clean place, with heating and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Everything's good👍🏻. The free garage is appreciated.

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

This accommodation is spacious, bright, quiet and clean. Good bedding. The metro is close to get to Madrid.

It is a very beautiful and cozy place, with everything you need for a good stay (short or long) and details full of culture and sensitivity. Fatima's attention could not be better, you feel her hospitality from the moment you arrive. The area is very quiet and suitable for walking, with all the amenities nearby and well connected to the center and the airport.

The loft was in a great neighborhood, very central to trains and metro. The space was quirky and fun, we enjoyed our stay very much!
