Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

Beautiful place to stay with family, only a 30 min drive away from central Madrid. Also, this was our first time the host met us at the check-in so this is a true gem place.

Writing a review for the first time, can be more complicated, but in this case it's my second stay in the house in Adelaide, so I run with an advantage. I knew what I was going to find, I knew that the house is beautiful, I knew the kindness of every family, so I didn't expect anything to surprise you. In this case I don't travel with my family, I did it with my business partner, the reason for the trip was to participate in FITUR and staying at the property in Adelaide was the best decision we could have made. The property remains spotless like the first time I was, but the most important thing is the kindness and attention of the whole family, everyone is aware that the stay is as comfortable as possible. Very cold in Madrid and yet the house was always at a super nice temperature. I can only tell you that those who decide to use this property will not come out unsatisfied. i stayed there for 6 days with 4 people, the place is perfect even for one more person. The house was very clean and spacious for everyone, recommended! although it can seem far from the center of Madrid the access to the metro is very easy and direct to Gran Vía. The neighborhood is quiet and you have several shops/ supermarkets nearby. communication was super good and very attentive to everything.

Frederic was extremely friendly and very communicative. My family and I felt very comfortable in their home. I would definitely stay at this property again on my next visit to Madrid

Truly in the top three Airbnb experiences I’ve had From Kevin picking us up at the airport and sharing all his local knowledge to the walkability of the neighborhood , proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and metro and an easy 30 min walk into Madrid central it was excellent The apt itself is better than it appears in the photos , plenty of room , spotlessly clean and a great backyard to boot Kitchen and bathrooms also stocked well with the basics to get started and the bottle of wine and snacks were much appreciated If I’m back in Madrid I would most certainly book here again

This is a great private house located south of Madrid. The living room is a very generous size and has all the amenities listed. Located in a residential areas makes this a very quiet and practical place to stay.

Joanna and her local team (also Joanna) were always super responsive. She accommodated our need to check in early to drop off luggage so we could catch a train to Valladolid. It took a long time for baggage claim at the airport so we ran behind schedule, but local Joanna was patient and kept in touch and helped get us situated. The accommodations itself was quite fine, lots of storage and nice deck. There is a very popular club right next to the apt bldg so it got a little noisy for the folks using the living room sofa bed as people congregate on the street until the wee hours of the morning.

Very cute apartment! We had a movie night in the living room and felt right at home. Very walkable with nearby restaurants/shops to choose from.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Madrid. Away from the madness of the centre but very walkable to reach all the main attractions. Very friendly welcome from Jésus and a fanatic and wide array of local recommendations. Great communication with Jésus and Maria, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when back in Madrid. Perfect stay! Very functional and very clean apartment, very well located, only 20 minutes from the center by metro. Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. Numerous shops and supermarkets near. Quiet and not dangerous. Alejandro and Roxana's kindness, availability, and responsiveness were great. We'll be back again.

Mar is a very pleasant person, at all times he was waiting for our arrival in the country and from the country to the accommodation. Excellent hostel, recommended place and connections to public transport. I would definitely come back!

We had a nice stay - the apartment is nice with lots of light. We got a great guide from the host and all communication was very helpful, nice and proactive. Walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu - bit further from centre but the metro is close by.

Maria's apartment is very nice and comfortable and was very well prepared for our stay with our dog. I answer questions in minutes. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is very good pressure. The calefacion works very well. The artistic touch gives it a welcoming and enjoyable character. The location is fantastic a few blocks from the Matadero area, Madrid Rio, and many other attractive places in Madrid. There are many restaurants, bars, pharmacies, food stores, banks, and much more.
