Valerius and Gabriel were wonderful motives. The apartment was spotless, exactly as in the pictures. All brand new and super clean. The beach is clean and peaceful. My mother and grandma loved the place and they already want to go back. We will recommend for sure! We'll thank you very much for your attention and your great stay!

All very clean, organized and functioning perfectly, very well located property, near pharmacy, market and 100 m from the beach. house with large courtyard, ideal for children, very quiet place...and still have the owners who are very fine people.. in the end the stay was note 10

We stayed for a weekend in David's apartment. The apartment is exactly like in the photos. New Town. Very well furnished, with all utensils for a good stay. All air conditioned functioning. New building with swimming pool by the sea. Quiet and quiet family beach. I will certainly return and recommend it to families.

I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. The view is spectacular, the beach is very tasty, having breakfast with the sea view makes all the difference. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

We were extremely pleased with this stay. Fernão was super attentive with us from the beginning, in addition to assisting us promptly when we need it. The house itself is fantastic, in addition to being super well located (safe and pleasant neighborhood, facing the sea literally), it is also super-equipped and with a very good tasteful decoration. Casa has everything needed, from great beds to all the kitchen utensils and barbecue, super safe and in addition to everything very spacious. We'll definitely be back soon !

We were in family, we like it very much. Spacious, clean house with all the kitchen utensils. Foot in the sand, which made it very easy. We hardly need to use the car. Super cordial hosts, responded promptly. Everything was great. We would be back for sure.

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Hosts helped us in everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it sells enough that we hardly even use the air conditioning. Rooms are spacious, I liked it more personally than for a photo. The hosts live in the house below, which made it all easier, helped me with everything. Me and my family stayed for 1 week and loved!
