The only problem I had was with the water pressure during the night, which did not arrive in the bathroom above, but I understand that it is a matter of the city's infrastructure and not the roof. I highly recommend it!

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to the Prainha (the beach we liked the most about San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family friendly area. The place had everything described in the post, the WIFI worked very well. The kitchen of the house is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage sector. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created for what was seen in the photos and is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always ready to facilitate our stay.

Great space! House looks bigger in person, new and very beautiful! The township has quietly accommodated everyone! The location is very good, close to Enseada beach and shopping spots! An excellent option for those seeking tranquility and a great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, that makes us feel at home. It has a nice grill with equipment. The pools serve well. The beach is quiet, without crowding, loud music, family environment, with lives in the season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was so much fun, every day of sunshine, we enjoyed a lot. I recommend to those looking for tranquility, enjoy a beach and swimming pool with the family. The condominium has shops on the front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

Joselita's place corresponds 100% with listing. The apartment is very nice and practical, well equipped. The condominium includes swimming pools, sports courts, super organized and safe. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance of the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close by, but necessary to unload the car before placing it in the space. The vacancy is wide, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent balneability. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the garage building. We found the Vila Market, with the essentials for everyday life, supplied our needs. There are two coffee makers and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (order by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunch and burgers in the evening. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but it is necessary to use the car. We had a great experience and we recommend the space.

The stay was great! The best things are the wonderful view and the easy access to the beach. The condominium is very safe (everything through digital) and very complete, it has many amenities (toys, pool, court, private entrance to the beach, swimming pool, jaccuzi...). The apartment is beautiful and served us very well. It is worth highlighting the follow-up of the host, who was polite, sympathetic and very requested, provided a sensational assistance. I indicate with eyes closed!
