the space and the house are excellent! the beds are comfortable and the outside space for the pets was excellent! the bottom floor on hot days are muffled and the fan does not account for the heat. but the stay was excellent!

Space corresponding to the listing. On beach freight. For those seeking tranquility is a wonderful place, a little far from the center, but the sand strip is much quieter, with less movement. Great beds, cool air, tv, all basic cooking utensils, plenty of towels and bed linens. We had 02 nets, beach chairs, sun umbrellas.. It was very useful for us. The hosts were very receptive and told us places to eat, bakeries and supermarkets. The town hall would rent the house again, my family loved it.

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to the Prainha (the beach we liked the most about San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family friendly area. The place had everything described in the post, the WIFI worked very well. The kitchen of the house is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage sector. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created for what was seen in the photos and is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always ready to facilitate our stay.

Hosts helped us in everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it sells enough that we hardly even use the air conditioning. Rooms are spacious, I liked it more personally than for a photo. The hosts live in the house below, which made it all easier, helped me with everything. Me and my family stayed for 1 week and loved!

Pleasant and very good stay, the location of the house is very good and with great accessibility to the beach, allowing the trip with the children to the beach and return home at times of greatest heat and sun. We recommend the house.

Our stay was excellent! The house is great, very complete, it had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, a very quiet and family place. Communication with Sol and her mother was also great, always a lot requests and responding quickly. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

And the second time I stay at the Cores house, Glanoni is a great host, always very cordial. The heated pool is a separate amenity.

Elton has always been very attentive, helping and quickly resolving any unforeseen events. The house is very good, it had everything we needed and is located about 4 blocks from the sea, very good air conditioning and a great pool.

Perfect stay to relax and make the most of it! The house is amazing and super well-equipped. The heated pool was one of the great highlights, providing pleasant moments both day and night. The rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning that guarantees a peaceful rest even on the hottest days. Another high point was technology: all TVs have access to streaming services, and high-speed internet worked perfectly throughout the stay, which was great for entertainment and even for resolving some work pending issues. In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and other points of the region. We will definitely return!

It was 5 wonderful days, home as in the listing, it holds very well several people, we were at 9. Quiet and easily accessible location, close to market and bakery, and the center of Itapoá. I recommend the accommodations.

Full house thought in every detail, home well airy and super comfortable, we love it and we will return without a doubt! It has a huge market very close and the street is very quiet without much movement, the green area is beautiful, trees, grass, very tasty environment
