Vacation rentals with a sauna in Cape Fear River

We had a wonderful time at Zech’s place! There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Every need that we had was anticipated. We look forward to returning during the warmer season to really take advantage of the beach. This comfortable environment was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy both the space and the area. Thank you Zech for being such a gracious host!

You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this! The big balcony is where I spent most of my time, had plenty of kitchen tools to cook some great meals and felt right at home in the condo, There was plenty to do even in the off season - they already have beach chairs so I could head straight to the beach, I rented bikes from Tony Surf school and even took the ferry over to Southport for dinner (highly recommend!). Thank you Chuck and Jennifer for a great holiday getaway! I will definitely rent again.

Awesome! Wonderful! Exceeded Expectations! Marcia and Chris’s place was top notch. All the small details (beach necessities, beautiful flowers, extra towels) made our stay all the better. Hosts are responsive, super welcoming and friendly. Exceptionally clean (even in the hard to reach places). Easily walkable to the beach and pier. We had a wonderful time, and hope to return soon. I think the best AirBnB experience we have had. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Very cute, clean and homey. By the beach but away from the craziness of Carolina Beach. Location was perfect for us to be so accessible to both the beach and exploring Wilmington. Town of Kure Beach was quaint and laid back. Our boys, 11 and 9, loved having access to both the indoor and outdoor pools just steps away. We would definitely book here again when visiting family. Rita was very sweet to leave us treats from the Veggie Wagon that we had to visit on our trip. She was also easy to communicate with.

Super clean, comfy and quiet condo! Updates are as stunning as the pictures! All six of us were comfortable and enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the near-by restaurants/stores!

Everything was spectacular! It was so beautiful there and there was so much to do. Walking directly out of the hotel onto the beach was amazing! We will definitely be returning here, by far the best vacation we have had yet.

The sea trail condo was an ideal location for getting to the beach, restaurants, shops and the club pool. The MAC pool even had a chapel with beautiful gardens and a library. The decor of the rental was beautifully put together and a comfortable layout for togetherness and peaceful time with yourself. We all need alone time on a group vaca and this place allowed that. The screened porch for morning coffee was lovely, enough couch space for an evening movie and two bathrooms for no long wait time to shower after the beach. Read what the place offers and you will be able to prepare accordingly. Just bring or pick up the rest of what you need at a store. There is nothing left for interpretation. The food lion is also really close. Ps: Highly recommend the walk to kindred spirit mailbox. The walk along the coast and letter to the universe was just what my soul needed and did not know until I was there. Thank you again for a lovely stay. Peace & safe treble to the next

we had a great stay. Although the recreation/fitness center could use some major updating. the amenities were convenient, staff very responsive, the property was super clean and close enough to town we could bike and travel back and forth by vehicle with no issues. would definitely stay again.

My best friend and I had a wonderful relaxing 4 day stay at this condo. Listening to the ocean waves, awesome sunrise and beautiful weather! Couldn’t ask for more!

This was an amazing rental. We have been up and down the NC beaches and this ranks at the top. We have not stayed in a rental that was this clean and well stocked. Jamie was so responsive and communicative about everything and was so helpful. The guidebook she created was a huge help in finding things to do and places to go. The beach was so easy to access right across the street and maybe a 5 minute walk. We never had an issue finding a place to set up and it was a quiet part of the beach. Jamie provided chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and other items for the beach that made things so easy. The condo was so comfortable and we had such a great time. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Our host went above and beyond! They communicated the entire time. Home was spacious and Spotless. We look forward to booking here again!

My wife and I spent a short 3 day get away here and was completely satisfied with our stay. Room was as stated, clean and neat. We very much enjoyed the pool area with bar service on the weekend. Easy access to the beach. Very close to Barefoot Landing for dining and entertainment. My only suggestions for improvement would be to have a channel guide for the tv so we don’t have to flip through 40 channels to find something to watch. The directory is on channel 76.3. The mattresses need updating. They’re not that comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully for a longer stay.

Monicas place was very nice. She left snacks an water in the fridge. Which was very nice since im pregnant an drink alot of water. Very nice neighborhood. Her home is very nice with the items you need to get by.

This home exceeded expectations. We were blown away when we got to the top floor living room. I imagined the space being smaller from the photos, but it was very roomy and has a spectacular view for being a few streets off the ocean. Everything was in great condition, and starter supplies were provided which is a lovely touch. Instructions were clear and everything was very easy. Highly recommend this booking!

This is a lovely, well appointed home that’s a little more spacious than we expected. Being January guests we did not spend a lot of time in the back yard; from the raised gardening beds and the well-tended winter rest, it’s easy to imagine that the large space is a joy to relax in during the warmer seasons. Our host was prompt, thorough and friendly in all communications. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining utensils. We certainly would love to stay here again when in Wilmington.

My family had a great time staying at this home. We all felt comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Wilmington.

Home away from home! Spacious, homey, and very clean! TVs available in each room, games, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, and more. They also provided a hefty list of things to do around the area. It seems that the owners thought of everything to make life easier for their guest! We loved the patio areas in the unit and it’s very close to the beach and the boating dock. The host are responsive leading up to the stay and during the stay. During the entire trip, we were planning our return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect! Beautiful views from every room. Everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the coffee and every basic need from toiletries to cleaning supplies. Could not ask for a better place. The coffee/ice-cream shop was a plus. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but will next time. Definitely will stay again!
