Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Silvia's welcome is excellent, already with the heating on. The house was super clean, the blankets were perfectly clean and everything as described... he also recommended some things for the carnival. We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

We had a great stay! Luca met us to show us the apartment and let us in. Gave us great recommendations and was very responsive. It was super close to the water and was so pretty.

Five-star guests, just like space. Always available for any question and an out-of-the-ordinary sympathy. The location cannot be better: 1 minute walk from the center but in a beautiful building and in a beautiful and quiet place. Near the station and ideal place to base the visits to Cinque Terre. The house was full of details that made us feel good and the kitchen well filled with the precise and much more, including water, drinks, olive oil, salt, paste and even pesto. It couldn't be better.

We had a lovely stay at Daniela's to visit the 5 lands. La Spezia train station is a 15-minute walk away, the apartment is located on a lively pedestrian street. It's very comfortable and well-equipped. Daniela is adorable and gives a lot of good advice and tips! Recommended!

Lots of care has been put by the host to make the place beautiful and practical. This place has all the little details that make a place cozy and welcoming (including the pie😋). It was warm and clean, beautiful views from the windows and balcony, modern kitchen and toilets. Beds were so comfortable! Very close to the train station but very quiet. It was great for us as we traveled a lot by train. Highly recommended.

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very friendly and always available to us even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us ancillary services for our daughter who sprained herself during our vacation. It feels like she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what to say about the location: only 10 minutes walk from the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's great when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet overnight. Nice place, super clean, excellent space for 2 people. To get there, it's a 10-minute climb, and if you have a lot of luggage, it's complicated. The apartment is very well equipped, good heating and location. The only drawback was that we were charged a tax by the city of Riomaggiore, which I had no problem paying, since it is for tourists and serves the same city. They charged me 3 euros per day, that is, 18 euros for 2 people. (I stayed 3 days) When they gave me the receipt, it was only 12 euros in taxes. I indicated that it had been less than the tourist tax by message and they did not answer me and returned the remaining 6 euros or any explanation. Hence a nice place, you can tell that they take care of the apartment for the people who come to stay. Very clean.

Spent a lovely few days at Irene’s place. Irene was a great host and accommodating with our late check in. The place was within easy reach of the train station and excellent for commuting to the other towns. I would highly recommend!!

Giulia is a wonderful hostess. Friendly, giving excellent sightseeing tips that totally improved our stay around the golf of la spezia. Available, she answers all our questions about the area, and sends us the right tips. The apartment was just perfect, the fireplace a real luxury of pleasure in the evening after a long day of walking. Everything is clean, practical and accessible, perfect for 4 with its two bedrooms. The view over the Spezia is very nice. The instructions are clear. Nothing to complain about, it just makes us want to go back. Thank you for everything Giulia. I would definitely recommend it.

We have stayed at many Airbnb locations over the years in many countries but we have never experienced such a warm and thoughtful welcome by a host. Stefano deserves all the kind words expressed by others who have had the wonderful opportunity to stay at his flat in Riomaggiore. The apartment was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, and the view was amazing. In addition, Stefano made sure that the refrigerator and pantry were well-stocked. Located just steps, literally, from the train station, the flat provided an excellent jumping off point for hiking throughout the Cinque Terra and beyond. An excellent host and a beautiful part of Italy to explore. Long hikes during the day also enables one to rationalize some fairly amazing meals of the local specialities at night.

We stayed at the Viareggio carnival, a truly unique experience. Nicoletta was immediately super helpful and welcoming, ready for our every request. The apartment matches the photos, it is very modern and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Convenient reserved parking. So much space both inside and out, on the terrace, where you can have lunch and relax. Very central location, convenient to everything. Marina di Carrara is a pleasant discovery.
