Family-friendly vacation rentals in Capanne-Prato-Cinquale

Super host, very welcoming and very pleasant with a lot of generosity both in the small welcome gifts and in the departure gifts. Very nice accommodation for a family of 5 with a dog. We felt right at home and also fell in love with this beautiful region of Tuscany. The accommodation is located equidistant from Pisa and Florence which allowed us to visit these two beautiful cities!

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Great spot to stay as a central point to hike the trails. Quiet town and nest little market across the square. Great communication by the host.

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

I booked this house with two friends for Halloween and the comics. Although maybe the cottage is more suitable for romantic couples, we had a great time, beautiful and tidy house, spectacular place, kind and nice. Highly recommended, then there's the barbecue, which is no small thing :)

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Everyone was very nice, the neighbors were very nice, A nice place to rest, a big thank you personally to Maria. For the address, the GPS told us that we had arrived, but we had to continue the road for about 300 m. And Borgo Isora will be on your left. The road is winding to get there, you have to be careful. Very nice place to go.

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

We had a wonderful time at Zivile & Dante’s house! They were very thoughtful and kind hosts, making us feel right at home. Their creativity shined through every part of their home and property. We enjoyed a delicious vegan meal our first night as well as coffee and pastries in the morning (both for additional charge). The home is not in Camporgiano as we initially thought, but was just a quick 7 minute drive to it. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, nine months pregnant and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful renovated villa and is reached by a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with equally refined details. It has everything you need for a truly relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, very comfortable bidet and shower, spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and is reached with external access to the apartment via a spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds-umbrella and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after sunset. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in advice and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us extraordinary empathy by making us feel great.

Beautiful chalet, clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything. Great for those traveling with their own animals; the garden is fully fenced. Mrs. Anna is very kind. The published photos don't make it more beautiful in real life. We'll definitely be back as we had a really good time.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

This was one of the best airbnbs in which I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. It was clean, convenient, and oh so charming! The apartment had all of the appliance and modern conveniences you could ask for, yet it’s decorated with vintage Italian pieces filling it with European charm to make your stay unforgettable. Elisa was accommodating, responsive, warm, and professional. The guestbook in the apartment had wonderful recommendations for what to do and where to eat around La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Definitely stay here!

Pool overlooking the mountains was fantastic. If you're looking for peace, you'll love the place. Away from mass tourism but still many opportunities to do something. The sea can also be reached in 50 minutes. Once, on the recommendation of Giovanni, we took a nice boat tour from La Spezia to Cinque Terre. Kitchen was superbly equipped.

It's a really great apartment with a super nice pool and a fantastic view. We were all very comfortable.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the Airbnb. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and Eugenia was very helpful!

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.

This place is amazing, so peaceful, well organised, great little details to make your stay comfortable and idyllic. They had more things for the kids to do than we saw in the pictures, they have table tennis, space for badminton, volleyball, basketball and football. They share products from their own vegetable garden and they are amazing. Wine tasting was fabulous too. They make sure you have a lovely stay! They take care of every detail. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Would definitely come back!
