Vacation rentals with beach access in Capaccio Paestum

What a gem! Great view & two patios; perfect location for exploring the area and Amalfi Coast. We loved the Villa Fondi and the waterfront; and close (35 minutes) to centre of Sorrento walking. There’s also a ferry from the waterfront to Capri and Amalfi. I recommend!

This location is incredible. Waking up and sitting on the patio watching the boats never gets old. Bus stops and ferries right outside makes it easy to get anywhere. Pamela met us as we got off the ferry and gave us the lay of the land which was amazing. The place was well equipped and clean. Note that there is 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. I will hopefully be back in my lifetime. Thank you for the great stay.

Both Angela and her son specially are great people. Raffaele is extremely nice, he even took the time to help me pay a toll receipt that I received since I didn’t had no Euro on me. We will definitely be going back and staying with them again. The location is extremely beautiful and relaxing. We went during the slow period but still Raffaele helped us find places to eat and get a few groceries. I loved the house, the View everything about our stay was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay in Positano. The apartment is in a great location, near the dock/beach, and ideal if you arrive by ferry. It has two large double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is clean and nicely decorated. Just bring some earplugs as the locals start working (and talking!) at 6am. Carlo was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great apartment and Atrani was perfect, not too many people and beautiful surroundings. Would not recommend driving as they suggest as parking is expensive and difficult plus there are lots of buses and the area is very walkable

So many great things to say! We had an incredible stay, and used this apartment as a base for visiting Positano, Amalfi, and Capri. Our vacation was fantastic and we would highly recommend this place to anyone! Location: The view is great! And everything is within easy walking distance. We never had to walk more than 20 minutes. Most things are downhill, so keep in mind that you must walk back uphill. Notably, the harbor is only a 10-15 minute walk away. Communication: All communication was done through the co-host David. He was very responsive and a huge help! He gave clear instructions and advice and was very flexible. He also helped by getting us a personal driver from and to Naples for a good price.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. The location is perfect, Minori is a much less busy and relaxed town along such a popular location. Maybe a 5 minute walk down a gentle slope to the water with all the restaurants and shops you could want. This apartment is much more spacious than it seems, making it perfect for a larger group. Apicella was a wonderful host, responding quickly and having helpful information about the ferry’s prior to my arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Alberto was the best host we have ever had. He goes above and beyond to answer questions and provide a custom experience - even calling taxis and arranging luggage transfer. The space is incredible. Right outside a delicious mini mart with amazing cold cuts and wine, and right outside the stairs that take you down to the main area of Positano. Close to all restaurants. Less than 7 minute walk anywhere you need to be. The view is insane. Perfect spot!

Carlo’s place was just what we were looking for. Very unique yet we felt at home. Carlo was very responsive and extremely helpful. I forgot our passports and he graciously hand delivered them to our hotel.

The absolute best airbnb and host that we had during our two week trip to Italy. The apartment is stunning, and even better than the photos. We actually decided to stay in and cook dinner two of the nights because of how peaceful the space is and the gorgeous views everywhere you look. Barbara was incredible - helping us coordinate travel, always responsive and such a pleasant and kind person. Already thinking of planning our return trip!

The photos of this magnificent apartment do not do it justice. The view was unreal. The most gorgeous sunrise every morning over the water from your bedroom. And what an incredible terrace. Francesco and Marisa were lovely hosts, communicative, friendly, helpful and with stellar recommendations. The location was perfect. Atrani is an unbelievable town, lively but not crowded, with phenomenal neighborhood restaurants and a great beach. Absolutely recommend this magical place! Thank you for having us!

The home was even more beautiful than the photos, and it was extremely clean! Very great location with few stairs and nearby great restaurants. The bus stops and mini marts were also just a few steps away. The home is perfect and we’re thankful for the easy check in as well from Carmela. I would recommend this place to anyone who would ask.

We had such a great time in Positano at this apartment! First, the hosts were so responsive and pleasant to interact with. We were greeted at a restaurant and helped with our bags down a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment. The place is so charming and full of light. It’s larger than it seemed to me in the photos. The views were insane! We felt so lucky to have found this exact place. Everything in Positano is either a walk-up or walk-down…lots of steps and stairs.. but this place was very conveniently located near restaurants and shops so that if you were tired from a long day of exploring, you could easily have a nice dinner or grab provisions near your place. We would definitely highly recommend place and if Simona has other properties to rent I would recommend her company in general because they took excellent care of us and responded within minutes if we had questions or needed anything. Great place and great host!

Amazing all around. We loved it so much. Incredible location. The steps were worth it. The owners a delight. Bed was comfy. Views are magical. Comfortable all around. It’s a true gem. Parking is pricey but super convenient. Not many things were open but it was still an incredible time to visit. We loved it and would come back.

We loved the location. It was so central to the beach, shops and bus. The balcony of this place was beautiful with the view of the church. The kitchen was good. The TV worked. The washing machine worked. Good hot water. The wifi was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The heater was good.

We had a great stay here, we chilled out utilising the lovely large balcony and successfully explored Sorrento and Pompeii from here. The apartment is right on a beach but is about a 20 minute steep walk into the town, this wasn't an issue for us and the main restaurants, train station and everything you need is at the top of the path. Our stay was made 5 stars by the help we received from Alfonso and the property owner. We stayed here for five days as part of a 3 month trip around Europe and Italy, and while here our brake pads warning light came on our van. We had tried phoning numerous places and were struggling with the translation until I asked Alfonso for help, who went on to ask the property owner for a recommendation. She not only recommended a local garage but let us follow her there and gave us a lift back up to collect the van when it was done. This was so kind and stopped a lot of van stress for us!

Had the best time for 2 nights and 3 days in this Airbnb. The host met us - took us to apartment - showed around the house. Carlo - also gave us local instructions like recommendation for restaurants, directions. Very helpful - responsiveness and super friendly. The place is situated right in the middle of the main market street - had plenty of options for eat - shop - enjoy. Comfortable bed - good bathroom - good kitchen - will surely visit again !

Location was exceptional! Praiano is well situated along the coast - easy access to where we wanted to go! Views from the balcony were exactly as shown! Highly recommend this apartment! Be sure to take a water taxi to get the best views of the coastline! Frankie, next door neighbour, provides excellent boat tours and recommendations! Love this place! 🇨🇦

The environment is very good, it is not far from the subway station, the housekeeper is very considerate, and the experience is very good.
