Villa vacation rentals in Canicattì

Lovely place for those who love tranquility and privacy. You must still have the car to be able to move around to do the grocery or if you want to go out to dinner. For the rest, the time spent in this corner of paradise is unparalleled. A little difficult descent to the sea, but then you arrive on a reserved beach and also in August with few people and not very crowded. Beautiful scenery, from any corner of the house you can see the sea.

My friends and I had a great stay there! The communication with Germana was excellent and the apartment looked just like the photos and was very clean. The beach was very calm which was really pleasant. We could walk to restaurants further down the beach which is nice if you don't always want to drive your car. It's also a walking distance to the beautiful Scala dei Turchi and close by the Valle dei Templi. Just a side note: the twin beds are quite small. It didn't matter to us because we are short girls, but it could be if someone tall needs to sleep there. Anyway, I definitely recommend this Airbnb!

The pictures don't do this house justice! It really is a beautiful location: a beautiful garden with especially an unforgettable view. We had a lovely holiday with this house as a base. During the day we were usually on our way to all the nice places nearby, but at the end of the afternoon and at night we were at the house and were able to enjoy the setting sun behind the mountains and the starry sky. The veranda and terrace were lovely places to barbecue and sit. The children also thought it was fantastic. The garden is very spacious and well fenced, allowing them to play freely. The communication with and hospitality of Roberta finished it all. In short: a place for a top vacation!

We felt very, very comfortable at Villa Dorothea. This is located right next to a beautiful and quiet beach. Villa offers a lot of space with beautiful rooms and two great newly renovated bathrooms. Roberta is a very nice host,always very kind and helpful. The place met our expectations to our complete satisfaction and we look forward to next time.

We had a super lovely stay at Pietro and his wife's place. We were very warmly welcomed and in general it was a very harmonious and family environment. We found a very charming apartment, which left nothing to be desired. (kitchen, washing machine, terrace, etc. ) There is a large pool on the premises, where you can endure all day. The complex is huge and invites you to take an evening walk. I can recommend Panama Beach. About 30 minutes from the property. In general, it is very quiet and the nearest supermarket about 12 min drive. We felt really comfortable here and would like to thank Loredana, Enza as well as Pietro and his wife again at this point. We will definitely come back.

Great location directly on the main road and therefore very easy to reach any destination by car. Beautiful and clean house as in the photos, on the first day we had problems with the hot water and in a very short time they fixed everything. Welcoming and kind.

The property is in a quiet location in the hills on the beach. Although it is very warm during the day, the surroundings cool down quickly in the evening and there is a pleasant wind from the sea. The property itself offers enough space for the whole family with the property. For the way to the beach or to the nearby Montallegro you need a car. The beach is also at walking distance, but there is no walk. Shopping for everyday needs can be found in Montallegro and there is also no shortage of restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a nice holiday without excessive tourism, this is the place to be. We will come back anytime gladly.

Great villa, with a great pool. Very nice view from the hill to the sea, very quiet and relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and proactive in providing e.g. restaurants and sight seeing tips. Restaurant for example were all very good. If you have a car the location is very good to visit the temples of Agrigento, close to nice beaches and good restaurant. Clear recommendation.

Beautiful location, beautiful apartment and fantastic pool. Very friendly and helpful host and lady. On the last day(Sunday) our son had ear infection and we were referred to specialist. In short, great vacation

Stayed here for 3 nights with my parents. Everything was as described, the property was very clean and quiet. There’s the equivalent of 2 flights of stairs, not a problem for us. The property is well located, close to the waterfront and an amazing square with lots of food options nearby. The host was responsive and checking in & out super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa 5*: definitively a luxury villa and setting. Everything in great shape, very clean, beautiful decorations and furnishing. Pool was clean/spacious/fun to use. Large nice wrap-around deck, we used about a quarter as that's where the furniture is located. Spacious parking with sun-shade. Cellular-based internet, a bit slow at times with wifi coverage spotty in some of the bedrooms. Hosts 5*: really nice, very responsive, always helpful and friendly. They provided us with a welcome basket and pastries on the checkout day, greatly appreciated. Their family was living in the 2nd building located on the property, just off the deck. Location 4*: beautiful views of a Norman castle (day and night) and the sea. Car is a must; 5-10min drive to get to restaurants, grocery, gas, etc. Highly rated but hard to access beaches nearby. Nearby houses not even close to this villa's look, detracting a bit from the feel of luxury when on the deck.

Wonderful stay! We didn't meet Cristina, but she was extremely helpful and responsive in the airbnb chat. We did meet friends or relatives of hers who let us in, showed us around, and they were lovely - we had a little hug at the end!! We stayed 3 nights to visit Agrigento and the temples. One thing I have to say is that the house itself is amazing. It is far nicer than the photos might suggest. It is full of interesting, quirky, quality pieces of art and furniture. The pool is also lovely - truly peaceful and private, and there is always a corner ready to give you shade. Thank you for the stay!! Dave, Romana & kids

We were great at Vincenzo's House. The fish and garden were fantastic. Vincenzo is always attentive, very kind and willing.

We had a few great days at Mauro's place. The house is really big and the surrounding plot is massive. It's got a great swimming pool and a terrace for breakfast/dinner overlooking the pool with a wonderful view over the surrounding hills. The place is located on a small unpaved road but we had no problem finding it on online maps. The area is quite remote so you will need a car but the surrounding scenery is beautiful and the coastal beaches are about 30 minutes drive from the villa. We would happily recommend Mauro's place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing stay away from busy towns. Communication with Mauro was great from booking to the check out.

The house and the property is as described. We (six people) felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The house is very quiet, but very easy to reach. The amenities are top notch and leave nothing to be desired. Everything is there. The access to the sandy beach is wonderful. Communication with Nathalie and the manager on site is impeccable and very straightforward. It was a beautiful vacation all around. We will be happy to come back again. Thank you.

We loved our stay with Jaana and Nicolas. Jaana was such a lovely host, who was always available when we needed something and gave us proactively extra tips. The house and garden are like a paradise, we absolutely loved the pool especially our 3 year old son since the entrance is very shallow. Everything is done with so much love and taken care of so extraordinarily. If you want an apartment that exeeds your expectations, this is the place to go. We even got a breakfast, wine and some other groceries for the first day. The kitchen is super equipped since we also cooked there. Thank you to Jaana for making our stay such a perfect experience.

The house is a dream! It is very clean and well maintained as well as new and in a top location! You can reach the sea very quickly (about 2 minutes on foot), the sound of the sea can also be heard around the house and by the pool! Everything is furnished and decorated with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maria and Antonino are extremely accommodating and always available. They had recommended us many beautiful and culinary places, which we also visited and really exceeded expectations. We will definitely be back!
