Villa vacation rentals in Sicily

Villa was clean and tidy, and matched the description on the AirBNB website. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It had a modern contemporary feel, yet was comfortable and homely. There is a great view of the coast line from the first floor balcony. Our host, Tommaso was friendly and responsive. He was kind enough to bring us pastries on our first morning, biscuits when we checked out, and a lovely ice cream cake when he needed to visit during our stay. The Villa is located in a rural setting and a car is a must. It is situated about 20ish miles/30 minutes east of Palermo Airport. There is a fantastic beach about 5 minutes walk. The nearest town is about 6 miles away and has a good variety of restaurants and shops.

Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Check-in was super easy, and Concetta went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Since we arrived at Christmas time and most stores were closed, she made sure we had food and everything we needed for the first day—such a thoughtful touch. The villa itself is fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine) that made it easy to cook meals. The location is perfect for exploring nearby cities like Modica, Noto, and Syracuse, and Pozzallo even has a ferry to Malta. Concetta also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and Pozzallo’s dining options did not disappoint. The beach is close by and absolutely lovely—even though it was off-season, our Canadian kids still swam and enjoyed it! We absolutely loved this villa and would recommend it to friends—and to you, if you’re reading this review!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

It was great stay. The house is fantastic particularly the pool. Thank you to everyone who made our stay comfortable.

All we arrived, we were totally delighted with the house. It actually looks like the photos. It stands in the middle of a mountainside and noisy olive and tangerine plantations around it. From the house you can see directly to the sea and there are no neighbors. You really are here. In the large outdoor area are outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub etc... There are many corners to move and relax. Just great. Santo Ulderigo, the homeowner, greeted us with a smile and a select little shopping so we didn't have to go shopping right away... SANTO is a great host, always available, gives good tips and was super helpful. When our daughter got sick, he even drove to the pediatrician, waited there and let us know that we can come... Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have found Simona’s and Roberto’s beautiful home. We just moved to Italy from the United States, and in the middle of our travel we discovered we did not have housing secured like we originally thought. Simona was so quick to respond to our situation and her flexibility with us meant the world. For our first month in Italy, we felt as if we had landed in a dream - the orange grove was the perfect peaceful spot for long walks with our dog and the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind and really enjoy our new Italian life. The house is rustic and beautiful - there are so many perfect little personal touches and we felt cozy during our stay. The best part were the hosts, Simona and Roberto. They were responsive to our every need and showed us great hospitality. Simona gave us local Scordia recommendations, even bringing us bread, treats and fruit from the farm. We would stay here in a heartbeat again. Thank you for everything, Simona!

We enjoyed the house, everything was clean, the service and communication was always in time. A big thank you to Maria Angela, who took care of us personally. She always answered promptly and gave us so much recommendations for food and thinks to see. We did not know that the house is part of a gated community. And we were surprised that the house was offered by an agency. But in the end all good.

Carmelo is a great host, friendly and approachable, always in reach. He gave us lots of local tips and assisted us when we need it. The villa is beautiful with a spectacular setting on the hill, with 180 panoramic view. Pool was great, and the rooms were clean. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back !

Amazing place - probably one of the best air bnbs I've stayed at. Very well equipped, spacious, modern, clean apartment with very comfortable beds. Sadly it rained a lot whilst we were there so we didn't get to use the pool but the garage gym was great. Alberto was super helpful and kind, providing recommendations and advice - very easily to contact throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

This accommodation suited our mixed groups needs with separate rooms which all had clean fresh lines and plenty of space for us all to mix. The pool was beautifully maintained.all the furnishings around the pool were cleaned daily and there were lots of parasols to help keep us shaded.

We had a fabulous time at Mario’s place with our two young kids. The place is nicer than the photos. The hospitality was amazing and we appreciated Mario going out of his way to accommodate our late check in. The local recommendations were lovely. We even took Mario’s help to secure some restaurant bookings. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my parents. Everything was as described, the property was very clean and quiet. There’s the equivalent of 2 flights of stairs, not a problem for us. The property is well located, close to the waterfront and an amazing square with lots of food options nearby. The host was responsive and checking in & out super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We were met by Alberta, Giorgio's sister, who walked us through all the amenities and how to operate everything. She was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, best grocery store, best place for gelato (!!) and was reachable with any and all questions including how to manually open the gate when a large rainstorm stopped the electric gate from opening. She had wine, nutella, toast and jam waiting for us, which was so very nice for the adults and the 3 year old and 1 year old we were traveling with! The house is spectacular ... the pictures were beautiful but actually being there was stunning! All new, clean, modern and very comfortable. The location and surrounding area was very upscale and prosperous with a small town nearby for restaurants, bakery, butcher and convenience items. Larger and very clean and well stocked grocery store was a 15 minute drive, but well worth it. Thank you Alberta and Giorgio, you were outstanding hosts! :)

Excellent place. The house has a beautiful pool, huge living room. Terrace on the top that is perfect for watching starts. The house has large bedroom. I rented the place for my girlfriend and myslef - it was fabulous to enjoy the large space, and privacy. The place is surrounded by trees and no neighbours nearby so we could enjoy privacy. The owner was super proactive, responsive and helpful. We plan to go back again in the future. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 families. The kids were in heaven with the outside area and pool. We stayed at the end of October and enjoyed amazing weather and bbq every night. Very comfortable stay and Oriana was the perfect host. Very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Oriana!

Villa Lenzo is located in a beautiful setting. Lots of privacy at the location. The village of Ferla can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are a few restaurants and also a Coop supermarket. It's a must to have dinner at Quattro Canti. Traditional dishes and the pizza Etna is highly recommended! Furthermore, there is a bakery and butcher. In the direct surroundings you can find Pantalica. A beautiful area to take a walk between the rocks and along the river. But you don't necessarily have to go out. Enjoy the sun at the villa with the occasional splash in the beautiful swimming pool. There is also a large gas BBQ available to have a bite to eat at the villa. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a table tennis table. We thought it was a top location and the host Paola provided us with all kinds of information to make our stay even more pleasant. A very nice modern house with nice pool, the children were enthusiastic. We had a very nice time there. It is not the typical tourist district but if you like it a little quieter, you will get your money's worth there. So great.

The check-in was flexible and easily arranged. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples, located outside of the city which makes it easy to unplug and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Mindblowingly Gorgeous! quick drive to Marina di Ragusa....central to other day trips, Modica, Noto, beaches...Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, Ignazio very responsive and helpful. Fresh milk from the dairy farm for our morning coffee was an extra touch!

Wonderful villa, beautiful indoors and outdoors, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you could need, super clean, spacious and peaceful. Good size swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers to hang out and watch the beautiful mountains. Loved the outdoor kitchen with good size bbq. Great base to explore the northwest and west of Sicily. Castellammare del Golfo has many great restaurants (don’t mis La Tonnara) and is a beautiful town. We also loved our hike in Monte Cofano. Communication with Nicole was excellent, pro-active, friendly and fast responding throughout our stay. Extremely good value for money, we stayed in more expensive places in Sicily that were nowhere near as nice. We would certainly come back

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

Amazing house and host that exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be returning!

We had a great time at Villa Veduta. Comfortable beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen, ultra clean house and beautiful Mediterranean views. Vanessa and Francesca are hosts who respond very quickly and are very proactive. They were kind enough to leave a bottle of Prosecco in the cool and offered to delay our checkout if needed. The terrace and gardens are nice for coffee or aperitivo. We highly recommend this Villa for a stay in Sicily. It's great!
