Really the house is very nice with everything you need to spend nice stay, the pool in excellent condition and the large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, we would return another time. Communication with Luis is excellent and fluid, very helpful in everything.

Place was great. We went on a family trip, to rest and enjoy not only the beach of San Bartolo but also of the facilities. Great terrace and pool!!! A good place for a grill and wines. Recommended 100%

From the moment of booking Claudia communicates instantly to provide all the details of the case, the house and location are perfect, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms, clean bathrooms and the pool of the best , it felt like staying much longer, we will definitely be back in the next opportunity. The beach is very close to the corner you already have the sea and from the terrace you can see the beach and a breathtaking view of the peñas where fishing is practiced (I went with my father to fish and we were able to find for our bread with pejerrey and fried). We had an incredible weekend, together with my family we appreciate the attention of the owners who were always available. Thank you so much. 100% Recommended.

Excellent place, very nice and cozy. Angela is super friendly and always responded. The house is cozy. It's advisable to go by car because it's a bit far from the beaches and avenues, but it's really worth visiting Angela's house with the family.

We were pleasantly surprised by how equipped, clean and organized the house. Enrique and Ornella were very attentive to receive us, they provided us with additional information to enjoy the stay even more. The condominium and its beautiful spaces, thank you very much! Excellent place to spend the weekend with friends, the house is well located inside the condominium a few steps from the beach, so we were able to use the facilities of the pool, tennis court, restaurants, convenience store . In addition, both the first floor is very well equipped with the appliances, beds, crockery like the terrace for grilling, it was a plus the tabletop. Communication with Paola was excellent, she was always attentive at all times, we hope to return soon :)

The house is in a very quiet condominium and communication with Alvaro is very good. My only constructive observation would be to consider putting sheets and pillows on the beds, as well as towels. Also, in the kitchen, renovate and add some accessories, since being on an accommodation platform like Airbnb, one assumes that these items are available, which helps make it less cumbersome for the guest to have to bring all these kinds of items to the accommodation. Otherwise, everything was good .

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Claudia's house. The house is beautiful and comfortable as described in the listing, and it is also close to the pier. Claudia quickly responds to messages and is ready to assist with whatever is needed. He also left us very clear messages on how everything works in the house. Carlos was a very attentive host and always willing to help. My family and I were very happy with everything ,the impeccable house was not missing anything. You find two shops very close that get out of trouble ,Carlos leaves a bandejita with dishwasher ,sponges, yellow rags, bleach, soap ,shampoo and much more for the use of his guests was something we really liked! Excellent !

Amazing place to spend a few days relaxing. Plus, Beatriz is super attentive to any needs. The house is really well-equipped and has everything you need to just enjoy. Markets are less than 10 minutes away. Definitely a highly recommended spot to enjoy with friends or family.
