Lucrecia’s apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped with kitchen tools and appliances, cleaning products, linens and towels. The condominium is well kept and secured. Very close distance to the beach.

The condo is really nice. It's pretty new and is super neat and well-kept. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon arrival. We had easy access to the parking lot and were provided with a cart to move things from the parking lot to the apartment. I would definitely return.

Julio showed his kindness from the beginning to the end of our stay. He was always attentive to any needs of my family.

Great location at San Bartolo Beach with a view of the ocean on the balcony. The pool, kids playground and barbecue area were very good. We were there in middle of high season which was fine because it slowed down during the weekdays. Fastest elevators I have ever seen. Gabrielle was accommodating and always available. Would like to go back again. Thanks for the late check out!

Many thanks to Daniel for his welcome and help at all times! The departamento had Internet adequate para can work. The indoor pool was ideal for my girl (2 years) as it is not deep, outside there were 2 more options of pools, and even the condominium has a small park with games for children. You can walk quietly on the seawall at night, we could enjoy the beach in the day, although it is true the sea is something moved in front of the condominium, but if you walk a few meters, you can find an area to be able to bathe. The option provided by the condominium restaurant is good, it has an internal store that sells you basic products and there is no need to go out. There are also restaurant delivery options from other condominiums if desired. The apartment felt very cool to be able to rest, despite the heat of the season. It was a 1 week escape with my family, and we're already thinking about coming back!

I recommend the beach house. It has an excellent location, with quick access to the beach, and common areas such as pool and gym. The house has comfortable facilities, and very well-distributed spaces. The location is perfect for Plaza de San Bartolo, convenience stores, and restaurants. The host of the place was always very kind, helpful and attentive to answer any questions. I 100% recommend the place to spend it with family and/or/or friends.

Excellent place. I went with my 4 month old dog and we had an amazing time. Although the beach is not petfriendly if we were able to walk along the boardwalk. Also the common areas do not allow pets but you can walk around the entire condominium that is very nice and spacious. There is a winery at the entrance and the house is spacious and very beautiful. The apartment pool has a beautiful view. I'll be back

Excellent option to rest for a few days, the place is spacious, accessible, with clear rules and easy to follow. I really emphasize the kindness and attention of Alondra and her mother, as well as all the facilities they offer. The place is very spacious and comes with everything you need, the facilities are modern and well cared for, the safety and tranquility are second to none. I have had the opportunity to go elsewhere and there was always a problem, whether due to the complication of the requirements to be met, the lack of privacy due to being very exposed to other properties or the lack of interior space. None of this was an issue at this opportunity. Even in the external area it is possible to leave vehicles without major risks. Additionally the winery of the place is well stocked, the hours of operation are very good and the morning bread is rich. I would finally highlight the size of the pool, enough space to enjoy with tranquility and a short distance to the house. Thank you Alondra!

Jenny has a super well-equipped and clean house, as if you were at home, there was almost everything you would need. The pool on the 3rd floor is super clean and the terrace area is very comfortable. It is recommended for a small family, as it is a quiet and family-friendly place. The condominium pool is very close, down a few stairs and the exit to the beach is 2 minutes from the pool. Our stay was very pleasant as there were 7 of us.

The house is perfectly distributed, with comfortable environments, all at hand, clean and tidy. Being a condominium the area is quite quiet and many areas for walking, walking, bonfting, etc. It is a perfect place to poke out for a few days.

Excellent beach house, spacious and nice with swimming pool. The condo features a pool in the house and several pools in the condo, sports courts, clubhouse and beach exit. There is a golf cart that brings you closer to the clubhouse and beach. (You can still walk.) Nice experience.
