We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

The condo is in a great location. There is a lot is security, even at the pool. Great restaurants near by.

The accommodation is small, we were only 3 people but I consider it perfect even for 6. It has what you need and nearby there are several places to eat and even walmart and sorina. It is not so close to the hotel zone, it is like 35 minutes maybe, the same distance from Puero Morelos. The airport is very close, very early, about 20 minutes . We had a great time, the stay is pleasant and Adrian and his wife were very kind. 100% recommended.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Loved our stay! From the in home chef service that's an option, to the hard working and friendly housekeeper, to the responsive communication and excellent recommendations for boats and restaurants, we had a seamlessly wonderful time.

It was a pleasant stay, the place is very nice, comfortable and quiet, the advantage of being in a private area helped for the tranquility and comfort, the area was safe and we had an excellent experience, with the advantage of the pool and the air conditioning that in Cancun is very necessary. All rooms had TV. If we go again, we would definitely stay there again if possible because shopping centers are nearby and I recommend that if you are looking for tortillas, bread, or vegetables, outside on the avenue you can find everything and if not, there is a Walmart nearby. Miss Xochitl was very kind, thank you so much for everything.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

We loved everything about this rental. It is in a great location. We felt very safe and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is amazing. Veronica and her husband met us for check in and were friendly and so helpful with suggestions for places to visit. She also helped connect us with a car rental prior to our visit so we didn’t have to navigate the stress of finding a car at the airport upon arrival. This was our first trip to Mexico and Veronica helped to make this a wonderful stress free visit. We recommend her 💯 percent!

Great house in an amazing location! The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We loved being right on the beach and had a wonderful stay.

They were able to accomodate our early arrival. Having 5 bedrooms and bath made it very comfortable for all of us. Kitchen was stocked with the basics and we had plenty of towels. The locking gate made us feel very safe. All in all a nice experience!

We spent some amazing days at Alexa's house, the location is good there is a pharmacy and convenience store a few steps away , the instructions are very clear as well as the rules , the description of the rooms are as it is even more beautiful live is a well-kept house with everything you need to have a pleasant stay we hope to return soon ! Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

Amazing place, great views

This was our second time staying in this sweet little condo, and it was another excellent experience. From Delia’s support and recommendations to the staff at the complex, to all the things to do on the Isla, our vacation was so memorable. Will be back! Isla Mujeres offers so much for families, and Delia helped us reserve a golf cart for the week so we could travel to either tip of the island. We like the south side because it is quieter and more serene, close to good eats and snorkeling, and relaxing with the infinity pool and chairs at the condo. The Joint is a must go, food is yummy and mojitos are a staple. We also enjoyed the ambience and food at the pizza place down the road a bit. Great music and a little art gallery right next door. This year we watched the sunrise at Punta Sur and highly recommend. We also did the Garrafón Water Park. It was a fun day of zip lining, swimming, and play. And of course, don’t miss the plat days at Playa Norte! Thank you Delia and staff!

Claudia and her team were incredible. We even got a package delivered via Amazon that was meant to be a surprise for one guest, and the security guard kept it for us. The beach felt private, with a volleyball court set up as well! It was overall such an incredible experience.
