Beach condo vacation rentals in Cancún

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time! Eric, Daisy and Liz were so helpful with everything! This was a hidden gem! The condo was exactly what the pictures look like! Everything was very clean. Open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! We slept with the bedroom window opened listening to the waves! The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. We walked to a few restaurants steps away from the condo. We took a bus to get food. Easy peasy! The ferry to Isla Mujeres was a 5 min walk. We will be back! Thank you Eric, Daisy and Liz!

It was a very good location. Close to the pool. very easy to navigate to town or further down the beach.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was exactly as described by Juan Felipe. The accommodation is perfect for 2 couples. The rooftop pool was an amazing spot hardly anyone there besides us. I highly recommend staying here.

It was our second stay at Sergio's and Jose's place and it was unbelievable again! The hosts are amazing, friendly, eager to help, very positive attitude and all of this makes you feel like being home with best friends!The location is in gated community, very safe with jungle across the street, small public beach and best restaurants for seafood lovers. There is no question- we will come again😀😀

The apartment is well located in a secure residence in the heart of the Zona hotelera and a short walk to Ballenas beach and the best restaurants in town. Fernando is helpful and always reachable to answer our questions. We would recommend this listing.

Love this place! The host super friendly. Was our first time at cancun and was great experience love the beachfront was peaceful the place super clean better than the pictures, the bed super comfortable and clean everything was very clean!! We had some amenities when we arrived thank u so much! Love the AC in the room the tv!! The balcony everything was perfect!

Good room, great host, incredible view

Beautiful penthouse apartment with the most amazing view. Was so relaxing to wake up to a magnificent overlook of the ocean everyday. Was perfectly spacious for our family Christmas of 6. Location is great with downtown Cancun not too far away and a shop with essentials on site. Restaurant on site great as back up, though recommend making the trek into town as food is much better. Note the rooftop terrace is closed. Not significantly missed though as the apartment itself is more than spacious. Letty (the house cleaner) is a queen. The nicest person and helped us out so much to keep the apartment clean and organized.

David was very helpful and accommodating. The instructions for finding the condo were incredibly helpful. Everything was exactly as described and expected. We would return here!

The unit itself has a beautiful interior and amazing patio. It was spacious, clean, and well-stocked! There was plenty of room to accommodate our group of 9 and our luggage. The location within the resort was fantastic, just steps from the restaurant, pools, and beach. The resort was gorgeous and had so many wonderful amenities, including easy access to the marina and a market with a great selection. The hosts were super responsive. We had a ton of questions before and during our trip - they were always so helpful and very quick to get back to us. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best trip - even coordinating someone to pick up and put away our groceries for us! We had an issue with the grocery order and even though it was not their fault or responsibility, they took care of it for us. The only down side may be the distance to the Cancun hotel zone but it was a much slower, more relaxing setting. Beach was also gorgeous! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

5 Star UNBEATABLE VIEWS. Beautiful views of beach, lagoon, landscape, near 360 degrees. Although conodo complex is aged, this apartment is well taken care of. Any concerns/issues, Gabo is prompt to respond and will try his best to fix. Photos/description are accurate. The main selling point is the incredible views, I don’t think you can beat it from this penthouse. Book it and you will not be dissapointed. Definitely a 5 STAR AirBnB. One note, shampoo/conditioner and body wash not included so bring your own.

Jorge is an amazing host who communicated with us whenever we had a question leading up to reserving the condominium and continuously from that point on. He made sure we had everything we needed, including making certain that we were able to have proper transportation to the unit. The PH was very clean, very well appointed a thoughtful welcome basket as well. To our surprise, there is also a small restaurant / convenience store on the property with the nicest owner and employees with a small menu but great food when we didn’t want to leave the property We highly recommend Jorge and his condominium.

Very nice place with excellent views of the sea. Excellent location, close to food venues, public transportation, and the cocobongo. The room is very comfortable and with all the amenities. Condominium has a pool and direct Forum beach access with its own beds, but no umbrellas. The room has beach umbrella for guest use.

This place is lovely - the ocean view is great, the condo is clean with a cleaning service and fresh towels every 2 days (included), the host is most accommodating and helpful and the beach and condo are quiet and relaxing. While it's a bit away from the more commercial area further north, the bus stop is right outside and there are always taxis at the front entrance. There are also at least 3 excellant restaurants within walking distance. And reasonable tours can be arranged at the desk in the lobby. We loved our stay here.

Right next to all the clubs in and beachside. It’s great place for the price would recommend and would come back.

It is very well located, the beach is the most beautiful in Cancun to my liking. The apartment is very good only the visiting bathroom is a little neglected. Thank you so much, we enjoyed some very nice days. The food at the beach restaurant is very rich.

feels safe with lots of security on the property. Waking distance to Puerto Juarez to ferry to Isla Mujeres or Cozumel for a day trip.
