The apartment was as described and very clean. We parked our car for free in front of the complex. We enjoyed hiking in the Monti Simbruini Park and the fireplace in the apartment. Livio is a great host giving all information needed. Thank you. Recommended!

rustic apartment, equipped with everything and very comfortable in a quiet area of Cappadocia (350 meters from the center). The apartment on the second floor can be easily reached with external stairs and is wonderful, impeccable cleanliness, equipped with everything and also equipped to accommodate small dogs like ours. Check-in remotely, we immediately felt at home. Perfect to spend a delicious we or even for longer periods. Fantastic!

Marco and Paola's penthouse is located practically inside the Reserve, it is very naturalistic and furnished in the rustic style and decorated in every detail, it is equipped with everything you need to feel at home from the kitchen to the bathroom with a feeling of "real home". The best thing is the view from the bedrooms, which is also visible from the pool, which being January we have not logically used and this will give us an excuse to come back in the summer. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. Avezzano is also a quiet town equipped with everything and located less than an hour by car from all the fascinating towns of Abbruzzo.
