The stay was SPECTACULAR. The house is IMPRESSIVE, with everything available to make your stay perfect. Juliana and Fabio are IMPECCABLE. Always attentive to everything. We even had a problem with the car and I help us and was next to it until we fixed it. INCREDIBLE. These things, are the ones that really make you the difference in choosing your vacation home.

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Very comfortable house, spacious environments, with air conditioning 3 TV for options. Magda very careful in the details, making available items not so common in this type of rentals (coffee, dish soap, etc.) the house has umbrellas and chairs for the beach, and two bicycles. The pristine pool as well as the garden. Two washing machines and a drying rack.

i went with a group of friends and we liked the stay, several bedrooms and bathrooms, good mt shower, comfortable beds and great bedding. equipped kitchen and clean house. it is a great, comfortable and very well located house, I recommend mt to those in large groups because it has comfortable accommodation for everyone.

The Host Eléonora always very helpful and attentive from the first contact. The very good, cozy and functional house. Andrea housekeeper, she was always very attentive, kind, always answering all requests, directions of places, bakeries, restaurants… excellent cook, wonderful food, my six-year-old daughter loved “Aunt Andrea” cooked together🥰 All according to the advertisement!

We have lived a wonderful experience staying at the Fabiano site, it is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless services and advantages for families with children (pool, soccer field, basketball, Ping pong, bicycles, etc.), quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay like at home, the photos fail to reflect how nice and spacious the space is, excellent internet as well as the TV. A special mention to the attention of Fabiano, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times of our stay, which he transcended without any inconvenience!. Our accommodation was incredible, both for the comfort of the house and for the receptivity of Cynara. The house had a beautiful décor, sheets and towels of great quality, as well as an incredible view of both the sea and the Hercílio Luz Bridge. I even walked to the center on foot, in addition to renting a bicycle to pedal. I also consider access to the beaches easy by car, both to the southern beaches, which end up being closer, such as those in the North.

We had a wonderful experience in the house. The place is extremely clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and family atmosphere. Every detail was designed for our comfort. In addition, Zenaide is a very kind and kind person, always helpful and attentive. A place we recommend and we would like to return!

The surrounding beaches are beautiful and not too far away. You need a car to get around, but it's a distance of 2km 10km away.

The stay at Adriano's house was great, the house is very well located and easy to go to the beach, restaurants and markets. Adriano always very available and helpful during the stay, I recommend to anyone who is Cachoeira do Bom Jesus beach to contact and stay at Adriano's house!

The home has excellent kitchen equipment (utensils and appliances of all kinds, coffee and mineral water, among others), beach chairs and umbrella, full grill. You can see the dedication to making guests feel very comfortable. We highly recommend.

Joe's house is a piece of paradise, a peaceful and magical place! The view to the Lagoa is amazing , the house is very cozy, in short, they were wonderful days.

The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

we visit Alexandre's house 4 families in January, we had a great time, everything in order. The host was always in touch to resolve any concerns. 100% recommended, especially if you are looking for peace after days of Playa and people.

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent everything very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest is everything and very good. Everything is excellent, we will be back for sure!

It is our second year in Rio Vermelho and this year we stayed at Kléber's house. The access to the property is super simple , it is literally next to an attacker and other shops. The house is located in a very safe and quiet semi-private neighborhood, the photos do not honor how cute and comfortable it is. We are a family of 5 and we were all super comfortable. The house has everything to spend a stay of a thousand points. All appliances we need for those who, like us, don't go out to eat much outside. independent laundry room and washing machine (I bring everything clean at home), TVs in the rooms and air conditioning as well. Anyway. I could have stayed to live hahahaha. I recommend it separately for the value for money. Quality much higher than the proposed price. Kléber was very attentive and maintained constant communication. The House was important for our vacations to have been EXCELLENT. Thank you 🫂

I went with my wife and our two daughters, 9 and 4 years old. Everything was great! The kids loved the pool, the jacuzzi and the nets. The space is beautiful. It's right next to the beach. Very quiet walking with the children. Only the room leaves a little to be desired, because it is a little tight. But the pictures portray that well. We have already been with that expectation. Beds are good. Worth it!

First I wanted to thank Adriana and marcio people very kind and accessible. I loved the stay the house is beautiful cosy cosy all very organized and clean has everything you need… I was very shocked at how it was clean it was even pity to use the bedding was very white kkk I highly recommend this house I intend to return again. My stay was just amazing! The property is impeccable, very well equipped and exactly as described. The private beach is a true paradise, perfect for relaxing with privacy and enjoying nature. The host's hospitality made all the difference, always considerate and helpful. Definitely an experience I want to repeat. I recommend without hesitation!
