The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

Raquel as host was excellent, helpful answered quickly questions that had arisen and I no doubt recommend to the Casa the beach the accommodation, excellent space for privacy in an incredible leisure area, we intend to return myself and the friends who accompanied me.

The house is wonderful, it has everything it takes for a good stay. We receive visits from animals every day (birds, marmosets among others) which made the stay even more special.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos. I was surprised by the quality of the appliances (we used little but they were there). Everything works in perfect condition. Good shower, gas heater. Clean building. Perfect location. I recommend 100% + ! A place to return to the paradise that is Jurere. Rodrigo exceeds a host's expectations. Super easy to talk about, responds fast and the check in was very fast. It was the best place we ever stayed. Several restaurants that can be accessed on pè. Wonderful beach, clean, quiet and very close to the property.

Very nice, illuminated, airy, good space, soft and clean towels. João and his wife Naiara were very helpful with helpful recommendations and tips. Also proactive: Floripa had gone through rains which caused many of the city and the property itself in the days leading up to the lodging. They made early contact if the reservation is refunded if we prefer to cancel the trip. We chose to go anyway and everything was great. Parabens João e Naiara. And thank you.

Cozy place. Everything very consistent with the photos and utterance. The site has a structure where it is a bit of maintenance, however, in the others very consistent and valid!

The house was everything we could ask for and more. It is huge, beautiful and with all the amenities. Incredible pool and park, giant common spaces, it has all the appliances you may need. We were a family of 10 people. The house is so large that each person could maintain their privacy. Super recommended. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Thanks to Lisiane who was attentive to everything we needed. Great guest. We will definitely be back

Amazing house with a structure Complete and great hosts

We had a beautiful family vacation, the house complied with all the comforts since we were 9 people, everything was in place and very safe everything!!! The descent to the beach was sometimes complicated as we were with two seniors but getting to that place with so much privacy is worth it and a lot!!!

The perfect space for event in the summer, with the tent rental held all the guests even with rain.

Both the house and Jolantha's attention met all our expectations. The house, in addition to being large and comfortable, has a very special candor. You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.
