My wife and I stayed at Akrum's place while we attended an event at Hillsdale College. We very much enjoyed our stay as it met our needs perfectly. The description of the unit was accurate and Akrum was responsive and flexible to our needs.

Emilie’s place was the perfect weekend getaway, and Emilie goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and a part of the farm. She makes the most wonderful sourdough and breakfast, and her dogs are so sweet. We hope to stay here again!

I am really happy with picking the old post office as my go-to for a quiet mini vacation and where I could engage in an all day silent practice for a training. I was able to see both a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the property, walk around enjoy watching the grazing deer, and just have an overall relaxing time. James was very responsive to all my questions!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! The home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos—spotless, peaceful, and cozy. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering thoughtful amenities in case we forgot anything, which added a warm and personal touch. The lake itself is stunning, and the area is delightfully quiet, making it a perfect retreat. One thing to note, as already mentioned in the listing, is that all the bedrooms are upstairs, and the luxurious master bathroom with the whirlpool tub is shared with the other upstairs bedrooms. So if you’re staying with other guests or children, keep in mind it’s a shared space. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to return!
