Fantastic luxury apartment with all but then really all amenities. Many extras e.g. in the kitchen a Jura coffee machine including beans as well as a coffee cup machine including various types of cups. Various pampering and generously filled fruit bowl. In the bathroom also a lot available, including body lotion, shampoo, hairspray, makeup cotton, panty liners, luxury toilet paper etc. Nice and lots of towels. Lovely mattresses and pillows as well as the bedding. The pellet stove was also great, which gave off a blissful heat. Bathrooms with underfloor heating. Double parking space in underground parking garage. We had a nice week here with super attentive hosts who even put a new TV for us so that we could stream Dutch programs with our phone. What a service. The apartment is on the 6th floor with beautiful views. The only downside is that in the winter months there is no sun on the balcony at all. In the park in front, you can sit in the sun

We stayed at Michael's place 10 days for rock climbing in the Costa Blanca area. The apartment was perfect for our purpose. Private parking space in the garage. 5-10 min walk to city centre with plenty of restaurants, tapas bars and grocery shops, and a 5 minute drive to the bigger Mercadona or Lidl. The apartment has plenty space, all kitchen amenities needed, aircondition or heaters in all rooms (this was a rather chilly week in March) and a great roof terrace. Michael is a very responsive host, and check-in was flexible, which was appreciated with a late flight. This area of the Costa Blanca stays rather dry when it rains everywhere else, so we managed to escape the rains further north. If you are a climber, the crags of Redovan are close by, and within a one hour drive there are plenty more crags. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very good experience. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal and the perfect environment to rest. David was an exceptional host: attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Definitely a place we would love to go back to. Highly recommended!
